The hotel is ideally located for travelers who don't want to get inside the city. It's close to the main highways, is peaceful, and has plenty of parking. Very clean n well maintained, and good food too. The staff is fantastic. Very helpful and courteous. Special mention for Rajat at the front office who was a huge huge help.. We reached hotel late as we had got involved in an accident but he made sure that security and a bellboy were there to help with our luggage, and ensured that food we wanted was made and kept ready, in our room. Also allowed us to check out late as we were waiting for alternate transport to get home. My only issue was that there are no shelves or racks or even soap dishes in the bathroom which was a bit inconvenient. otherwise everything was really great. 4.5 stars is my rating.…

We had stayed in this hotel for a night..It has got very comfortable rooms, Food is super delicious,do not miss the breakfast here.House keeping is punctual and good.Hotel staffs are very friendly. It has got spacious car parking aswell and a clean swimming pool for relaxation. Anybody can blindly book this hotel.

The hotel is located just beyond Hassan city limits, on the Mysore-Hassan Road in the KIDB industrial area. Easily identified on online maps. It is a small executive hotel with adequate open car parking availability within the compound. While services and features were adequate, staffing and service quality may have been adversely impacted by dearth of business owing to the on-going CoViD situation. Due to its location about 3.5Km from the city centre, there aren't any restaurants/eateries and shops available close-by. Availability / accessibility to own transportation is required for ease of access to the hotel. Had booked a 'Premium Double' room online for our overnight stay enroute. Check-in & out was smooth, staff were courteous and helpful, our room was spacious and clean with running hot & cold water available in the bathroom. Bed & bath linen was fresh. I however could not enjoy the soft bed.…

It's a good stay option if maintained well. Looked like they were short of staff. Preetham, Bharath, Devraj, Pooja were all very nice and polite. Also Appreciate that they took our order on the call before we reached the hotel since we were checking in late night.. Good customer service. But there was lack of cleanliness. Rooms are spacious with good interiors but needs to be cleaned well. House keeping has to be improved. They said it's a new hotel( 2 mths old) but has been maintained badly. We checked in late night and were given a room on ground floor which had uncleaned toilet, flies in the room and unclean stained beddings and towels. We were given a different room after a complaint....the second room on the first floor had the same issues. Stains on the bedsheets and blankets, bathroom mat was dirty, floor was not moped. But the positive thing was the staff quickly changed the bedding of the room. Lift service is not available. Restaurant is in the next building and needs lot of improvement. Looks more like a hall than a restaurant. Breakfast was limited due to solar eclipse but the taste was average.…

Good environment. Great faculty with very good response. Rooms are absolutely awesome with soft beds.Food is delicious. Swimming pool is the best place to chill. Awesome facility. Enjoyed lot with friends. Totaly superb.

Just one word its amazing the interiors and the exteriors are done so well. The place is so pleasant and the food here is great. Good ambiece, staff here are so co-operative. We had a grate time there.
