I stayed at the resort for 3 nights in Apr 2021. I highly recommend it. The owner is very nice and friendly and the staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. Guishani market area is about 2 KM from the hotel and it is a nice walk.
This is a familar accomodation, perfectly located near the river, with friendly hosts and delicious food. The rooms are simple but comfortable. And if you come here in winter please be prepaired for cold rooms, there are no heaters inside. And for those who would like to do “home office” from there - the mobile internet connection is excellent.
We booked it with Mr Aman. The resort was amazing when i went. The food was just homely. In this remote place this was the best place to stay. Looked over for another resorts for my third fourth day. But to my surprise this was the only best resort in tirthan it had a river just next to the place. Loved the resort thoroughly.
Trishla stands on the bank of the river, offering a great view of the mountain on one side and rive on the other. Trishla is the main attraction of this place, surrounded by apple and cherry orchards on three sides and by the Tirthan river teeming with trout on the fourth, it set a typical of the idyllic Himalayan lifestyle of the yore, and takes one back into time and civilization.
If you really want an amazing location hotel next to river then this is it. superb view. You sleep while listening bto water gushing next to your cottage and wake upto pristine white waters and amazing huge boulders. But poor service in terms of food and cleanliness. Food is infact really bland. During our stay first electricity went and then water as well. I think this place is more for backpackers, who will definitely enjoy being there. But it certainly has a great potential to become a major tourist hotel. We had forgotten our watch in the hotel, when we contacted the owner Mr. Aman Negi, he returned it in no time. I would definitely suggest this place but you should talk out the minute details regarding food and ask about water and electricity supply.
Beautiful location by the tirthan river and the moment you reach there is you hear the sound of the river flowing next to the resort. The food is ok, but everything else is fantabulous. Aman Negi is handler here who helps you take care of your needs and nitty gritty stuff. Stay here for a duration to really enjoy the beauty of the nature, location and the resort
Trishla Resort is a very family friendly property. We stayed in one of their duplex rooms which I think is very unique. The rooms were neat and clean and very beautiful. The location is excellent - touching the Tirthan river. You can simply walk out of the room, sit by the river side and relax. The owner/manager (Aman) is very friendly and helpful. Other staff is also equally nice.
The resort is near the valley and has such a beautiful view, also the people at the resort are so nice. The hospitality is really good, the owner Aman makes sure that you are having a good time. The food is great and the staff is very courteous. A must go place in tirthan!
A stay at Trishla is difficult to rate. The experiences vary from time to time. Like the flow of the river at the banks of which it stands. On location, it scores a 10 on 10. You can spot birds, butterflies and even darting fish from your window. The gush of the river is a constant backdrop and lulls you into laziness that is fresh and drowsy at the same time. The rooms are basic, but well kept. And the extensions outside the rooms provided with couches and chairs and you don't really feel like going in, other than to sleep. The owner, a local lad by the name of Aman, is a well meaning, clear headed and friendly chap. He has opened the place with the right intention and is adding few more rooms, while vowing to keep the valley 'family-friendly'. A great person to chat with on local politics, culture and tourism in general. The staff he maintains however are yet to catch up. Lazy is a word that describes them best, and lets them off the hook for being locals and perhaps bred this way. Only repeated searches and requests would get anything other than parathas, omelettes and chai out of the kitchen. But the sparse spread is delicious, and if you are only staying for 2-3 days, doesn't appear boring. Overall, a great place. The hike to the Chhoie Waterfalls is just 3 km, the fishing spot barely 20 paces, and a small shop that serves Rhododendron juice (burash ke phool ka juice) half a kilometre away.…
Location is fantabulous to say the least. Riverside, Gushing waters, Clouds windling. Aman is an awesome host as always, hv visited this property numerous times and each time they hv made sure its an awesome vacation for us. Simple home cooked food. All customization u ask for. Kudos to their hospitality.
