My experience with Clark inn was not so good. Food were tasty but quantity were so less and prices were too high. Hotel rooms price is too high. And bed sheet and blankets not cleaned . Also the walls were damp and it's smells too bad. Also the room was soo cool. Will give 5 out of 10
I have visited this hotel with my family to celebrate new year. Hotel is nestled in prestine surrounding of nature. Hotel room is spacious and having all modern facilities. Food is very scrumptious. We have enjoyed local delicacies made with warmth by chef. I will definitely recommend this place to stay.
1) Food is very good...2) Staff is very polite and i must say very gentle. Best dealing i ever had. Also around 1 km from gandhi market. Recommeded for others to stay.. Stayed for 2 days in the hotel 28th and 29th of nov 2020.
This hotel located near the Gandhi Chowk which is the best advantage for tourists. The service of this hotel was marvelous and the staff ‘s behaviour was also very good.i considered that the top class service provide on reasonable price.in short, our experience of staying in this inn was fantastic .
Location: 3.5/5. A bit far from the Gandhi Market, the main market of Dalhousie (approximately 15-20 mins leisurely walk), although you might enjoy the away location as it's very very silent in the night. The location of the hotel is such that it rarely gets any sunshine. So, the rooms and overall hotel give a damp and cold vibe. Rooms: 3/5. Like I said most of the rooms do not give a feeling of warmth because there isn't much of natural light coming in. Certain rooms looking out to the main road (called Thandi Sarak) do have much better natural light as compared to the rooms on the back side (we got one such room), which look totally damp. Make sure you don't get one such room. Another negative aspect was some sort of strange smell all throughout; we thought the smell was from the kitchen; however, the hotel staff denied it was from kitchen. Ours (Room no 104) was just for one night and moreover the smell stopped in night; so didn't make much fuss about it. Bathroom was good -- tidy and clean, constant hot water supply, toiletries in place, and not cramped. Food: 4/5. Food was excellent. Not too pricey but lacked in variety. There wasn't any tandoor item available. Time taken to serve too was on the longer side. But, overall, I would recommend the food. Service: 3.5/5. Not too bad but a bit on the slower side. The reception guys were courteous and well informed. Checking in took a bit of time, but checkout was smooth. Value for Money: 3.5/5. Overall, I would say slightly more pricey than it's worth. Try getting better options (in terms of View from the window there are many better options available such as Snow Valley Resort) but if nothing is working out, this can be an okay option to stay. …
