Nice place with a perfect blend of hospitality. The location is perfect as easy to reach.View from the restaurant is captivating n even the interior is worth appreciating. Food was really yummy really felt d taste of Grandma's hand. .Lokesh and Sonu exemplify exceptional service at Sarovar. Its was great experience with Presidium Sarovar Portico Dalhousie ,During the present pandemic was surprised to see this property still open and the level of warmth, cleanliness and hospitality exceeded my expectations. All members of the staff went out of the way to ensure all safety protocols are in place. The food is simply awesome. Food : The food spread for breakfast was good. Whatever was prepared, was prepared well. Good hospitality by staff Sonu and team.
Room : Lot of scope to improve the room, experience and quality of stay. Basic hygiene check of replacing the toiletries and not leaving torn items in the tray is necessary. While the balcony didn’t have a great view, the balcony can be cleaned atleast. The seats were dirty and so was the floor. The AC is centralised and one cannot adjust the temperature. The room was extremely hot at night and we had to request the staff in midnight to increase the cooling. Overall, average stay. We paid 20k and service was not what we expected.

We had three rooms in two of them lockers were not working . When we complained they were repaired. Hot water was not there in one room . Toilet paper was made available only when we asked for it. Swimming pool is nearly non existent . It's too small . Game room is only for very small kids

We had an amazing 2 night stay at Presidium! The room was beautiful and exactly as in the photos. The balcony on our ground floor room was extremely spacious and a great place to relax! Just be cautious of the monkeys roaming around. The staff was very professional and so helpful! We enjoyed breakfast every morning at their restaurant as well as dinner - everything was so delicious and clean! Excellent service from the staff, very attentive! They also offer complimentary high tea in the early evening which was wonderful mid-day snack! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

Great Stay at Presidium Sarovar Premiere, Dalhousie
I had a wonderful experience at Presidium Sarovar Premiere. The hotel offers stunning views of the mountains, with spacious and well-decorated rooms. The staff were incredibly hospitable, always going the extra mile to ensure comfort. The dining options were varied and delicious, particularly the local Himachali dishes.
