Fortune at Dalhousie is an exceptional property with amazing experience. It was my first time in Dalhousie and the staff was extremely helpful and warm, ever ready to help. The ambience of the hotel is something that depicts Dalhousie at its finest. The activities especially the karaoke kept us entertained when we were dining in. The view from the room is breathtaking. Furthermore, the swimming pool and pool deck was wonderful. Our entire group had a lot of fun and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. All the best to you guyz and keep it up.

It was a very pleasant stay at this property. The property is fabulous and the staff is very courteous and well mannered. The rooms, the place and the ambience was quite stunning . We had a great experience at this hotel from the check in , stay and through check out....we were made to feel very welcome and home like feeling. Our experience at this Hotel was absolutely amazing with well-kept rooms and balconies. stunning view of mountains and wonderful hospitality. Entire team was superb in hosting us All Chefs and the serving staff were too good. Front desk and housekeeping team was also very cooperative in fulfilling all our needs. A must stay property if you plan the next vacation in this area. Pawan from housekeeping was very humble and always asked us whether we are comfortable or not. Thanks to all from this property for our wonderful experience.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel with family. Very friendly people in the hotel, especially Mr. Prakash at the Zodiac restaurant, who helped us with food for our infant baby on all the 5 days of our stay. Highly recommend this place.

The stay for three night in this hotel was really excellent and remarkable. At ITC standards it was. The whole staff services are prompt. Guys Abhishek Mohit Sujit, all has given good services in restaurant. Food was upto the mark. Reception and housekeeping services are also excellent. Turns into enjoyable and memorable trip.

One of the worst experiences I have had in the entire chain of ITC GROUPs. The management over here is worse than the services they have provided. The management over here is so rude to the customers as if they owe us something. like for the experience I had with Ms Priya who is a front desk officer doesn't understand the situation nor tries to sort the customers issues and the front desk manager Mr.Nitish is so rude & has bad attitude

We got very bad & pathetic experience during our stay at ITC Dalhousie. Special credits to front desk team Ms. Priya & Mr. Nitish for such terrible experience as they doesn’t bother to resolve basic issues of the guests. For instance, we asked for an umbrella as it was raining heavily and we were heading out for site seeing, she did not bother to provide one, even when it was available. We requested them to arrange few items in the breakfast half n hour early due to our flight schedule for which they bluntly said no, even when we have breakfast & dinner included in our package. We requested the team to clean the rooms at 9 AM in the morning and we are back from site seeing at 4 PM but still not one bothered to do it. I urge all the travellers to not waste even a single penny on this property The duty manager Mr. Arvind also had similar attitude with guests. We have stayed in multiple five star hotels included many ITC properties, this is one of the extremely disappointing experience I ever had. While this property claims to be best in Dalhousie, it is actually utter waste of money. The food service is also very poor, waiters in restaurants are lost in their own world and do not respond to any of your requests. I had asked for fresh glass for drinking water and waitress there, brought me an already used glass from another table.…
