I have stayed in the property twice during my visit to Guwahati this year. its a excellent hotel to stay at. the room was with full of basic amenities, it was spaciuos, neat & clean and so neat & clean was the washroom. Food was also upto mark in taste. since I am a vegetarian so during dinner they have taken care the food stuff of mine accordingly. Front desk staff, F&B and houskeeping staff was very efficient, pleasant and helpful. it was a pleasant stay.
This is not a Hotel,it is like a brothel, I was staying with my family and 2 boys with a girl opened our door with card at 1 AM luckily I woke up and shouted. They immediately went away and after that I received a missed call on the in room Hotel telephone. The overall atmosphere of the whole place is like a brothel only. I complained about the incident to the person at reception in the morning and to my agent who booked this shabby hotel for us but no action at all. Also the rooms are too small to even keep your luggage and bathrooms are like difficult for 1 person to stand properly. Worst Hotel ever stayed in.
I am a pure vegetarian Reached Guwahati on 29/9/21 And ordered food for dinner When we ate the food we find chicken bone in our food This is worst kind of service one can get. Never recommend this to anyone.
Well waited for 2 hours to get a lounge menu. For a 3 star hotel its really not what you expect its better to opt for 4 star by paying 700 more atleast you will get the promised amenities. Its a headache to keep to calling and asking for the same request. Asked at 6pm evening its 10pm still waiting lets see
Had gone with My Fiance & 2 other Couple Friends to Stay and take a break during the weekend. Must compliment the measures taken by the Hotel during these tough times. We were a little skeptic about our visit in these Covid times, but from the moment we reached all protocols were duly followed. Food was amazing, specially the Indian & the Chinese dishes. We had a blast!!
We were a group of 10 family members that included 4 senior citizens & 2 teenagers. We stayed here for the last 3 days of our total 17days leisure tour to Assam & Meghalaya. And we are glad to choose this place for our last stay when we were already tired. Besides the very good polite staff, we were especially impressed with the excellent breakfast spread at the in-house restaurant that took care of not just some of us who had a pure vegetarian diet but also others who followed a pure Jain diet. Since we had to avoid the desserts which were not eggless in the first day, the chef was even kind enough to bake us delicious eggless chocolate pastries the next day. The visits to the cultural centres & also shopping for local crafts was convenient from here.
We ended up by chance at the Hotel Palacio towards the last leg of our journey in Assam in the middle of March. The hotel is well located with local transport easily available. The rooms are spacious and clean. Service efficient and prompt. The restaurant menu is small. Due to less tourists, the breakfast was paired down. However, we could order a la carte. Recommended.
Value for money.Good interior.Well Maintained property. Short of staff. Location is in town.We did not took any breakfast or food at this property due to our short overight stay. Wll recommend to stay for an average budget planners.
Hotel palacio De goa was overall very comfortable due to very helpful staff at reception and at Breakfast time. Very good breakfast with wide menu. Mr. Mahesh F n B Manager was very hospitable and nice natured staff. The location of hotel is very appropriate and with all facility around. All kinds of good reasonable cost tours of North and South Goa. Rooms were quite clean.
