Detailed Reviews
We had travelled as part of a packaged tour & got this location booked by the travel agent.
Location
Not too far from the jetty but will need a cab to reach (5~10 mins by cab). They do have a small parking space but considering all available there are cabs, you will not need the parking much other than for loading\ unloading. The hotel is at a turning & incoming traffic is not very much visible so need to be safe especially with kids around.
Reception & Staff
The reception seemed to have dated seating option. Check-in was slower despite bookings already made. The rooms were not ready despite we being well beyond check-in time. We had been made to wait until the cottage rooms were ready.
Rooms
We had stayed in 2 cottages. The rooms were average & smell badly. The garden & outside look pleasing but inside of one of the rooms was bad that they came back to spray something to mellow down the smell though it did not help much. There were a couple of stray dogs & some work happening during our stay. The rest rooms were average.
Restaurant
Restaurant is with a roof but open on the sides which gives a nice environment. Food was average with limited options available. Cannot complain much considering you are in a remote island & in a average hotel.
Overall
This is an average hotel which satisfies your basic needs but not necessarily a well maintained resort. Believe the swimming pool must be a new addition but i would prefer staying elsewhere next time if i need a resort to stay.

Facilities provided is not at par with the claim. Complementary breakfast is very poor in quality and choice. Hotel is not serving any non-veg items in the breakfast however it is not a pure veg restaurant.
Washroom is full of smell. Property is full of mosquitos.

The only saving grace is room which is neat and clean but there are 0 facilities provided. Hot water only for two hours in morning and two in evening. No tea kettle, no sugar or milk powder. Not a beach property.

Pros:
1. Pretty looking property
2. Swimming pool is well maintained
Cons
It's a 3 star property, I expected more than the bare minimum but in fact, we didn't even get that.
1. No water in the room. It's only available 'on request'.
2. The AC doesn't work. Their AC is old. During the day, it couldn't provide proper cooling and at night, the power to the ACs were cut off from the management side. The AC is not connected to the key card.
3. The ceiling fan was unbalanced and made loud whirring noises. We were scared that it would fall down. We had to spend our night drenched in sweat without fan and AC.
4. Very very dim lights as there were only 3 low wattage light bulbs, out of which only 2 worked. Doing makeup in the room was a challenging task.
5. Dirty bathrooms. The soap stuck to the wall by the previous guests was still there for us. There was broken clothes hanger and no other means to hang your clothes. The flush doesn't work.
6. Breakfast buffet was par below the usual 3-star hotel standards in terms of variety as well as taste.
We paid hefty amount for an unlivable place because of seasonal rush.

Cottages were well designed. Tall coconut trees by the side of the well_maintained swimming pool was beautiful. Enjoyed the full moon reflection on the pool on Guru Purima. Breakfast options may be increased with few non_veg options. All staff n other people were courteous enough to have a home-like stay

Property was beautiful. However, staff weren't that good as lady receptionist tere was kind of rude and other staff also don't care about customers needs. Food was okay but not that good. They don't have wifi in every room or floor so that's a problem. Room were clean but you should check linens and blanket cover prior. Bathroom was also okay.

Two member were from Mumbai and 4 were coming from Delhi.Due to covid positive, 4 didn't came and we were in continue talk with the resort to cancel their ticket .the resort people said no need to cancel if they can come we will adjust booking date otherwise we will refund your amount after deducting GST. They asked us about covid positive reports, we sent them positive report and copy of flights tickets . But till date no refund has been issued for 2 rooms for 2 days . After nearly reminding them 50-60 times, yeh toh dekati hai dindahede. Chori at its best

This quaint little resort is situated at the edge of the Govindnagar Beach and the first scene to greet you upon arrival is that of the beautiful turquoise water an sparkling white sands fringed by palm trees.

Far below average. Stinking rooms. Even the tap water has a foul odour. Unhelpful staff mixed up our booking along with booking.com (tip: avoid this site for the Andamans and book directly).
We actually abandoned the stay midway and escaped to another place.
This should have been a nice place but it's not run professionally nor are they looking after the place.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. this was one of the nicest places we stayed .
