The rooms are well spaced, clean and well maintained and attended. The pool is very clean, water is well maintained and no residual chlorine, hence not harsh on the eyes and skin. Clean towels and surroundings. The food is tasty and has varity. The main plus point is it's proximity to the most famous Radhanagri beach. You can enjoy it's morning and evenings for walks, swim and the nature trails along the beach are very scenic.
Highly recommended.

Hotel is located at remote place but it is very close to Radhanagar beach. Property is very good. Hotel staff is nice. Food quality was very good. Room was spacious and clean. Following is downside.
1) only Cash payment
2) No safe locker in room
3) No wifi in room
4) Very limited staff so need to wait for your food order.
5) Limited food items available due to limitation from cooking.
6) No travel desk to support for travel and activity.
7) Since it is remote location no ATM or near by food option available.

1. Resort has Beautiful cottages maintained very badly . Stinking bedsheets , unclean towels ,room full of mosquitoes are a big turn off
2. Reception staff are very rude and do not know to handle guests
3. At the time we stayed , they had a huge group of guests from a popular organisation and all staff were busy attending the new set of guests that they never attended others .
4. Delicious breakfast spread which had both south indian / north indian and english items
5. Dinner buffet was costly and the spread was neither sufficient nor tasty
6. Almost all items in a-la-carte are good
7. Radha nagar beach is a 5 minute walk

There are 2 to 3 people at reception and they do not even smile as a welcome. One person was in T-shirt (in the reception area) giving us a serious angry stare.

I stayed here for 1N on 16th Feb 2021 and paid Rs. 4817/-. The property seemed to be in ruins and dead. There was dust at lots of places including benches, chairs near Swimming pool area, on the chairs and tables outside our room. There were packets of Pan Parag, Rajni gandha lying in their garden area outside our room (#402). Huge spider webs on the plants. The shower area near the swimming pool was so dirty that we did not even wished to look at it, forget going inside and taking a shower.

We had dinner and breakfast over here. We say only 1 staff member and 1 cashier (old man) in the restaurant. They seemed highly understaffed. It took more than 35 mins to deliver our food (Paneer sabzi, Dal and Roti). Food was costly, however taste wise very okay. Breakfast had only 3 options however not upto the standard. Taste was poor.

Room has 32 inches flat TV however only FTA (Free To Air) channels are aired. Fan was making huge noise. When I complained, the reception guy and the housekeeping guy reacted totally unaware!

There is pub and music system near the swimming pool area however entire evening passed and that pub and music - none of it operated! We felt like we are living in some Rs. 400 lodge where you just come to spend a night, electricity may come or go anytime, few facilities may or may not work as expected, limited cleanliness and you get hardly any service. I regret a lot spending such a huge amount from my salary behind this resort. There are lots of better properties on Swaraj Dweep. I seriously do not recommend TSG blue to anybody.

We booked 5 rooms for a family vacation, and paid the complete price a month in advance. On arrival the hotel staff mentioned they are over booked and will send us to another hotel! How is this acceptable, especially after this was planned so much in advance and they had the complete payment! After multiple arguments, they neither could give us a refund or send the payment to Barefoot resort where we wanted to move to. We wasted hours discussing this with the hotel staff in the lobby, way to begin a vacation! After months of the vacation they have not given us the refund of over 35k rupees. Please don’t book your vacation here, if they are over booked your vacation will be ruined and they will not give you the refund!

This has been a very bad decision we made selecting this property for our three day stay in swaraj deep(havelock)
From the start the service has been extremely slow
There was spider spotted in the room and there is constant leakage of water inside room
They have limited staff and will not even serve tea in room or restaurant. You are left with the teabags in the room and they do not supply cups after multiple reminders . Used plates and trays will be left in your room or outside of it for entire day. They even were hesitant in changing the sheets.
Considering that the property is fully booked in high season this is very disappointing.
Location of this hotel is only plus point we could find.

This facility I booked based on the name TSG and close proximity to Radhanagar Beach. I also booked with breakfast and dinner included. I regret my decision.
A body without soul is a dead body. A hotel without its efficient and trained staff is a bad place. This hotel is exactly like that.
Spending money is OK, but not getting service worth that money is not.
Facility: 450m from beautiful Radhanagar beach. Well maintained lawns and pool. Feom outside it looks premium
Room: decent room and amenities. Has a TV that does not work. Provided a tea kettle, couple of chairs. Overall OK
Bathroom: basic. No toiletries are provided. On asking only dental kit was provided. Soap and shampoo were kept on a bottle and by the look of the bottle one does not want to use that.
Restaurant: tasteless food and over priced. The restaurant is managed by ill trained novice staff who has no understanding of hospitality.
Service: pathetic. From reception to retaurant to room service. They are consistant.

Verdict: not worth your money. If you re happy with these kind of service, you can get a hotel much cheaper

This property is an awesome place to stay with your friends or family. The Manager as well as every person of the staff is generous and always ready to attend to your needs. They also arranged for the beach activites and conveyance. Despite the pandemic the property has been well maintained with greenery all over the place. The food served was also very good with quiet a number of options. The pool is a plus point, really enjoyed playing in the pool. Had an amazing stay and wonderful time. Will highly recommend everyone to stay here as it is very close to Radhanagar beach also. Kudos to the Management and the Manager, Mr Shivam Anand.

There couldn't have been a better end to my vacation in the Andamans! With Radhanagar beach within walking distance, the property is idyllically located. The place instantly sets you into a holiday mood, with its spacious wooden cottages, the inviting plunge pool, plenty coconut trees & palms; and ofcourse the 24/7 coconut water supply - should you be friends with the owner :P

The staff was really helpful and friendly, they ensured we were more than comfortable at all times! The food was brilliant, if you're keen on any specifics - you could just request them and they'd go out of there way to have it prepared for you. A highly recommended place for all; be it friends, or families, the elderly or even solo travellers!

This is a decent property in havelock island very close to radhanagar beach. The USP is the location with radhanagar beach, which is a blue flag certified beach at a 5 minute walk.

Checkin experience was not as smooth as I would have liked. They had cottages as well as normal rooms, however their website dosen't list the cottages, so the inpression i had is that we will get cottage but they gave us a normal pool view room. To me it appeared that they give the cottages to their preferred customers, anyways, since the pool view room was not too bad, I was not too disappointed after the initial let down.

The breakfast is average, no live items except omlette and most items are repeated daily. However giving them the benefit of doubt that it's not so easy to manage on a remote island.
Room service is also just above average but over priced. Here again, will not highlight it as a red flag, since it's not easy to get the right stuff in a remote island.

The staff is generally helpful, but can do more by knowing a bit more on how things work on island and facilitating guests on what and how to explore. They should be trained to help by habit, not by compulsion Or request.

It has a good pool, which we didn't use.

In summary, I would say it's a decent 3 star place to stay near radhanagar beach if you keep your expectations in check. Normally i would have rated 3 or 3.5 if that option was available, but given it is in a remote island, I would give them the benefit of doubt and therefore rating them as 4.
