Avoid this one. Most reviews are either paid or fake. Hard to believe has such high ratings. There are literally no positives. It's an Isolated old property at the most inconvenient place in the island; The marketing 'walking distance from kala pathar' is deceptive and wrong. It is 6.5 km!! And why water on tap is Stenchy?? Got a super deal and still regretting coming here!!

I recently made a booking for Silver Sand Village Beach Resort through MMT, and I must say that the experience was highly disappointing. The location of the hotel is incredibly inconvenient, especially for tourists who wish to explore the beautiful beaches of the island. The road leading to the hotel is in a terrible state, making it incredibly difficult to reach. It was a real struggle to find a vehicle from the jetty to transport us to the hotel, as most auto and car transporters refused to go there. Furthermore, the quality of the food provided at the hotel was well below average, and to make matters worse, they charged exorbitant prices for it. Since there are no other hotels or restaurants nearby, you're left with no choice but to rely on them for meals. The lack of transportation options provided by the hotel also made it challenging to move around and explore the tourist attractions in the area. The rooms themselves were poorly lit, creating a rather gloomy atmosphere. The water in the bathroom had an unbearable stench and appeared yellowish, making it completely unsuitable for even basic hygiene practices. We had to resort to using bottled water from Bisleri for brushing our teeth and washing our faces. Additionally, I had to spend a significant amount of money on transportation to the jetty in order to catch the ferry. Overall, I strongly believe that the hotel does not offer good value for the money spent. I advise potential travelers to not be swayed by the seemingly excellent reviews, as they are likely deceptive and not written by individuals who have actually experienced the horrendous stay at this hotel.…

A splendid Resort amist rural setting. The cottages are beautiful and quirky coloured. A nice pool with live music in the evening. Spacious rooms, good amenities and a very delicious restaurant. Must appreciate the manager, Mr Amit Bhowmik who help us during a medical emergency while at Havelock.

The property was very good, great hospitality and the food was really good. Out of my experience staying in Andaman this place had the best food comparatively. Hospitality by Ujjal and Raja is much appreciated. Over all a great property, special mention about the pool and the music at night near the pool. Only concern is that this is not a beach property and it's comparatively far from jetty where all primary activities happen.
