Couldn't have had wished for something more, truly! ✨

Symphony Palms resort is literally irresistible! 🌸 Me and my husband had just went inside to enquire about the resort and guess what!! We immediately took the keys! ✨ The staff members were polite throughout, the room was neat and tidy and the food was absolutely delicious 😋 Would definitely loveeee to go there again and spend my holiday! 😊

Pretty place

I can't think of a better place to spend my winter holidays than Symphony Palms Beach Resort and Spa. I had such an amazing experience there with my loved ones. We went for an all-inclusive package and really enjoyed ourselves from the moment we stepped in until the day we left. The staff was so warm and friendly, the activities were engaging as well.

Serene place

This is one of the nicest and peaceful resorts I have ever been to. The beds are so comfortable, the food is out of this world, and they have great activities on site. You will not regret staying at Symphony.

The hotel is very good Specially I would like to give my review for the F&B manager name Pratik Verma, a new joinee. It was our third anniversary and we wanted to celebrate it with a cake. As the cakes were not very available at any place due to cyclone but pratik made it possible and made it an evening to remember our whole life. We got a friend in Andaman Whenever you visit this place just have a conversation with this golden heart boy. Thank you for making it worth visit pratik

Terribly disappointed with the room

We spent 4 days and 4 nights at the Symphony Palms instead of our original plan of 2 days, because our return ferry was cancelled for 2 days due to the Asani cyclone threat during the first week of May 2022 . The main road in Govind Nagar cuts through the property, dividing it in two parts. There are 20 cottages adjacent to the beautiful Govind Nagar beach and 84 cottages on the other side of the road. The entire property is very well laid out with beautiful single room cottages and hundreds of coconut palm trees. The beach is beautiful in high tide and we spent many hours sitting there. There is one restaurant and one bar. The menu is simple and the quality is average. Now to the rooms . Our room was spacious, had a small flat screen TV and the bed was comfortable. Everything was made of wood. There were two low slung chairs and a table on the balcony from where we could sit and watch the rains. Rest of the room was terrible. The wooden door was warped, had a wide gap between the frame and the door through which my little finger could go through. We were scared of snakes coming in through the gap. The door could be closed with some difficulty because of the badly fitted cheap aluminium latch. Similarly, the windows were also warped, had wide gaps between the frames and the windows and could be closed with cheap aluminium latches. Out of the 5 lights in the room, one had no lamp shade and another one had a defective bulb holder. The lights were so dim I couldn't read a book. There was only one charging point. There was no fridge, though a rough hewn small almirah had been provided for it. The outdated closing latches both inside and outside of the the bathroom appeared to have been clumsily made by hand by a child using rough hewn wood. Somehow they worked. The mosquito net fitted to the permanently open bathroom window had so many large holes that even larger insects could get through. The bathroom light consisted of a naked CFL bulb hanging from a wire and loosely balanced on the shaving mirror. Hot water was only mildly hot. There was no fridge in the room. There was no chair in the room. As such we could not order room service because we couldn't eat standing up. There were two low chairs and a table on the balcony. But these were made of heavy wood and we could not lift them. The futon in the room was so low that it was very inconvenient and nearly impossible to sit on. Drinking water provided by the resort smelled of chlorine. Breakfast and other menus were rather limited. Overall, the standards of the property fell far short of what we had come to expect from Club Mahindra. In fact the property is an insult to the Club Mahindra brand in terms of room quality. Please see all the pictures carefully. The staff and the Manager were however very nice and helpful. However if you are phoning from outside they rarely pick up the call or respond to the SMS es. Special mention must be made of Akash and Jenny who helped us with all our requirements.…

Amazing stay at Havelock!

The resort's service and scenery are excellent. Nice and tidy, with great vibes and a stunning aesthetic appeal. For those visiting the Andaman Islands, this one on Havelock Island is a decent deal. The food was so delicious that it still brings a smile to my face. Overall, a fantastic trip that I would strongly suggest to others. The staff was very kind, and the spa treatment was wonderful. My time there was fantastic! Without a doubt, I'd like to return!

Poor Customer Service

Don't book this hotel. Out of Rs.36,900 they refunded me 5000 less after months of follow up and request. Refund process is irritating. Now they are not responding to my mail and not even giving me the reason for giving me less refund even if I am eligible for full refund. Request all to not book Symphony group of Resort. Very poor customer service

Best Stay at Havelock

Amazing hospitality and views of the resort. Nice and clean, amazing vibes and really beautiful. This one at havelock island is a steal deal for anyone visting andaman. The food quality was really yummy that it still tickles me in my memories. Overall, a great experience and definitely recommended for other people.

Symphony palms beach

An excellent resort with top notch amenities, nice location, best food and courteous staff all combined to give you a memorable experience which we will cherish forever. The swaying palm trees in the resort itself and a great ambience and it's closeness to a beach will give you a holiday to remember. We had one of the best holidays experience at Symphony palms beach resort at Havelock.
