My husband and I stayed for 2 nights to visit Roscoe Village, ride the Monticello III, visit some Amish towns and shop for our anniversary. Our housekeeper, Lori, was wonderful. The front desk staff was very friendly and offered any assistance we needed. Our room was very clean, the morning breakfast was amazing .... I would highly recommend this hotel. There is also an indoor pool, fitness center, gazebo overlooking the river around back as well as a grill and tables. The front porch reminds me of a southern plantation. And McDonald's is separated from front of the hotel by a strip of grass!! Family friendly, couples retreat ... anything you are looking for!! Also all non smoking rooms!
Our overnight getaway to Roscoe Village and surrounding area was enhanced with a stay at the Coshocton Village Inn. Renee was amazing at checkin and provided us with useful information. Her knowledge and enthusiasm spilled over to the next day! The website and reviews attracted us here, but everything was even better in person. The rooms and common areas are cleaner than clean! Our deluxe king suite, on back side of hotel, faced the gazebo and river. The suite features and layout, with large separate sitting area and kitchenette, felt like home. The shower was wonderful. Hallways and stairways are wide and well lit. The back patio, gazebo and the front porch are gorgeous. Hotel grounds are beautifully maintained. Breakfast area, with many hot and cold choices, had a well organized set up for guests maneuving the area. Housekeeping, front desk and breakfast staff, are eager to accommodate guests and take pride in the property. Shoutout to the owner and GM also, for their high standards. Only disappointment was that you have to be a member of AARP for a senior rate here. The 3 other major brand hotels we use all have senior and AARP rates. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait come back!…
Everything about Coshocton Village Inn was stellar! We were greeted with a friendly Hello.. Our room was neat and clean. The dining area was very nice and breakfast food very good. It was nice to see the staff are clearly passionate about their positions at the hotel. They were all very friendly and helpful and took time to have pleasant conversations with the guests. The grounds are beautifully kept and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous! I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be staying again.
The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. It is very noisy here with the McDonalds drive-thru and a drunk couple having an argument in the Moose parking lot across the street. There was a person in a beat up white pickup truck in the afternoon that was of concern to me, they seemed agitated and were giving us looks as they kept changing parking spots. When I told the desk clerk someone is acting strange in the parking lot, she asked If he had a white pickup I said yes. She said they know who it is he comes for wi-fi. It is 10:45 PM, I heard loud music and looked out it was the wi-fi guy again. He looked up at me and started his truck and left. Too creepy. Especially when McDonalds wi-fi is faster, very sketchy , do not feel comfortable here.
This hotel is a little gem! My mother, sister, and I stayed for one night as we were traveling on to Berlin. We arrived late but Jackie was waiting on us with a smile, friendly tips for the area, and was even willing to brew us a fresh pot of decaf coffee at 9:30 at night ❤️. The hotel was quiet, and the rooms were spacious and VERY clean. Beds were fresh and comfy. Breakfast area was very clean, and selection was plentiful. Historic Roscoe Village is very close and such a neat little area. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone, and look forward to staying here again in the future.
