Why did you lose your cool and your professionalism before ever trying to understand where I was coming from this morning in the laundry room? What was fueling your fire ? I was doing something I did every single time I came here. I am the same paying customer as a reservation holder because I put money in your machines which make you money yet you failed to show me any respect Sir I am US Army I serve my four years and my in active years and I paid for the machines that I used to clean my clothes at your company. What you did was borderline criminal The only reason I did not lose my composure is I was on your property but I was paying to use your machine which you never let me explain and because you have a history of bad customer service I won't settle unless a major action is done whatever that may be because you have already been warned on these issues anything less than a major punishment would make you feel you were above the law again and do the same again like you did this time
