    Great breakfast
    We had a great experience at Holiday Inn Express and Suites. Our room had a Jacuzzi tub. The breakfast was great and included cinnamon rolls! The staff was very courteous. Check in staff made us feel welcome right away.

    Okay! Areas need attention.

    Does this property offer room service?
    Dear HDasgupta, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not offer room service and do not have a full restaurant on site. However, we offer a complimentary hot buffet breakfast to all of our guests, and are surrounded by many restaurants.

    Will a king bed room have a pull out for our 3 year old to sleep on?
    Hello, Our king suites include a pull out bed in them, but the Executive King Room does not include a pull out sofa. If you have a question about a specific room, our Guest Service Associates are always available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you and have a nice day.

    What time does the pool close at the Holiday Inn in Grand Haven-Spring lake?
    It closes at I believe 10pm but if you are quiet they usually don't bother you
