This hotel is second rate at best. The hair dryer didn’t work, phone kept blinking and desk clerk didn’t know how to stop it, we only had lukewarm water, breakfast consists of a mini granola bar, syrupy fruit cup, and a mini bottle of water. Surface of TV console is very sticky, floor lamp is inaccessible behind a stained chair, pillows are disgusting, tub is sloped and has 6 inches of flat to stand in, one cannot take a bath- shower only, surface of tub is disintegrating, hot tub is closed. Besides all that, the desk clerk had a superior attitude. She was not welcoming at all and was very sarcastic. We haven’t traveled since Covid, but I have never been charged a security deposit to be refunded after two or three days. The security deposit was $100. Seems like that should be disclosed when the reservation is made along with the hot tub being closed. I thought the six feet of social distancing was no longer a mandate as that was the reason given for the closure. Towels are small and there was no bath mat. This is in need of a make over. It looks like an old lesser quality hotel that was bought by Baymont. It just was not the quality we have seen in other Baymonts. We were extremely disappointed and not sure we will choose another Baymont in the future. …
Rooms are disgusting. Needs to be gutted and remodeled. I took pics because I new no one would believe me on the condition. The only place to sit in the room other than the bed was a disgusting stained up unsanitary chair.
Pillows hard squares- not comfy. When I made reservations 2 weeks ago, hotel said they had a hot breakfast. When we got there, there were sloppy signs taped up stating breakfast bags would be handed out instead. Here’s where the cheapness really comes in- ONE PER ROOM. Inside paper sack was a tiny bottle of water, a granola bar and a fruit cup. Like to see that divided between everyone. 👎 Hotel should have knocked some $ off room rate…… for the non breakfast. Painting/ updating needed throughout. Only redeeming factor is the location- close to restaurants, shopping and highway.
The check in and check out process was great, but one of my lamps in my room didn't work. The temperature control was good. The tv worked well and provided a wide enough assortment of channels. The hot tub wasn't in use, and they limited the pool hours to 12pm to 9pm. I can't really speak to the quality of breakfast because I typically got up too late for breakfast.
my trip was humiliating like I said the staff member was taunting me and talking to other guests saying that my butt was fake and that I had an implant in my butt if I ate when I asked for a new sheet and blanket because there was none on one of our beds she screamed at me and told me to go to a different room I got my money back because she said she was corporate and would not give me the number to corporate while she taunted me and humiliated me in front of guest and my husband and my two kidsNo and when I asked for the number for corporate the staff who was not corporate told me I am corporate and if you don't get off this property I'm calling the police and it was me my husband and my nine-year-old son and my 13 year old daughterand several other guests guests that were thereI didn't get even most my money back I only got for one night and I paid for two and was only there for maybe 5 hours so no my problems were never resolved all I got told was that I'll get a discount if I wanted to come stay I was never offered a night there for free I was never told do I need to report this or is your incident report but it's okay because nobody from corporate even did anything when I really called the real corporate so my lawyers will be contacting you…
