What a gorgeous B & B! My high school student and I happened to stay here on the eve of his college audition for Baldwin Wallace's Music Theatre program. We could not have been any closer to the Conservatory, literally a three block walk! Catherine, our host, and her husband were incredibly accommodating! They made an EARLY breakfast for us and even drove us to the Conservatory when a snowstorm appeared the morning of the audition. Restaurants are within walking distance as well. We loved our rooms! All the charm of a victorian era home with the convenience of modern bathrooms in each room. My favorite part was the upstairs sitting room with mini-kitchen full of treats and coffee/tea. Comfortable and cozy! Can't say enough about the experience! I hope to get to visit again soon just to enjoy the B&B for a weekend!

We had wonderful weekend getaway at Riverside Gables B & B. The whole trip exceeded our expectations. The room and entire house is sparkling clean with tasteful, graceful elegance. The outside is enchanting. The room was quaint and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and made by the hosts with high quality ingredients served in a beautiful room. There were welcoming treats of wine and snacks around the house - a thoughtful touch we enjoyed. There is plenty to do in the area. We brought our bikes because there is an extensive Metro Park across the street where we rode along the river. There is a friendly bar, bakery and restaurant in the town. We also went to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, which is definitely worth visiting if you like the history of rock and roll. Afterward, we had a pleasant walk around downtown Cleveland. On our third day, we went to Cuyahoga National Park. It's about 20 minutes away and great for walking, biking, and enjoying the waterfalls.. From there, we drove home to Ann Arbor, Michigan. We are very happy we found this gem of a B & B. We would love to repeat this trip, and we are recommending it to our friends. We will visit again. Do NOT hesitate to book Riverside Gables!

This week, my husband and I stayed at the Riverside Gables B&B on our way to Chicago. This was our second visit and second time in the Hampton Suite. Everything about Riverside Gables is fantastic — our suite had a comfortable queen bed and separate sitting area, was impeccably clean, well-equipped and roomy. The sitting room/kitchenette outside of our suite offered a comfortable seating area with books and games, a coffee station with a Keurig coffee machine and snacks, a refrigerator filled with bottled waters, sodas, beer and wine — all complementary! The beautifully landscaped grounds have a soothing waterfall feature, a fire pit and a barn with ping pong table. Our stay included a delicious, hot breakfast each morning that we ate outside on the patio. Catherine (owner) is a fabulous host who made us feel so welcome. Can’t say enough great things about Riverside Gables. We will definitely return on our next road trip to Chicago.

A hidden gem tucked in a quiet side street in Berea, OH. Hosts Kevin & Catherine are most gracious and friendly. So many subtle touches everywhere in the house make your visit one to remember. Super quiet with comfortable beds and common areas with a small kitchen allow you to relax completely. Breakfast was amazing and delicious! Surrounded in the setting of the Cleveland MetroParks and in walking distance of restaurants and shops make this a great getaway whether you live near or far!

We found Riverside Gables B&B to be one of the most perfect, and perhaps the most perfect, B&B we have ever visited, and we routinely stay in B&Bs. The property is immaculate, and the owners' attention to detail is beyond exceptional. We were treated with great courtesy and consideration from the time we first knocked on the day until the moment we left. Our room was peaceful, comfortable, and left nothing to be desired. The breakfast was elaborate, delicious, and one of our favorite parts of our visit. The house itself is a unique historic property. The owners clearly think of themselves as not just owners, but also as custodians of a remarkable piece of history.

I felt welcomed from the minute I booked the reservation! My early check in was accommodated and instructions for arrival were spot on. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and shown to my amazing suite! Newly renovated, spotless, and very comfortable resulted in a wonderful night rest. The building was very quiet I woke up to a great breakfast that met all my crazy dietary restrictions. The team was quite lovely, there were many protocols in place to ensure guests are comfortable. The experience was great - so great that they might have converted a loyal chain hotel follower to a B&B follower. Would definitely return to this property! It is a not miss in the area!

My wife and stayed at this wonderful B&B in the midst of protests, mayhem and Covid. Every detail was looked after by our wonderful hostess, from our later arrival to a recommendation to a local restaurant open after 9:00 pm, to the warmth shown two strangers arriving from NYC with masks. The B&B is fabulous and we have stayed in a bunch. The grounds are beautiful and house immaculate. Every comfort anticipated from charging stations to a refrigerator full of beverages and late-night snacks. Breakfast was better than any we had at our disposal for months. The town and nearby college campus are beautiful. But more than anything it was the warmth of our host and her resolve during this crisis to make our stay enjoyable that stood out. I can not recommend more highly.

From my first phone call to Riverside Gables, Catherine warmly welcomed me and I looked no further for our girls get-away lodging. She was eager to advise about what the area offers including the Grand Pacific Junction, antique shops, restaurants, garden centers, etc. She anticipated our needs and far-exceeded our expectations. Our room was absolutely charming and breakfast was exquisite. The B&B is truly Victorian, inside and out, beautifully and historically designed and decorated, providing several relaxing and private seating vignettes. We totally enjoyed our stay. It is obvious that Catherine is gifted in hospitality.

This bed and breakfast is fantastic! Beautifully decorated throughout, the cleanest rooms, and incredible hosts! They were extremely accommodating of my late and ever changing arrival time since I was driving across the country. Fabulous allergy-friendly homemade breakfast with coffee and juice in the morning at a time of my choosing. Comfortable, luxurious beds, very clean, well-appointed bathroom with a large shower. I had everything I needed and more, all while my Tesla charged overnight on the property. I will definitely be back! A true 5-star experience.

My husband and I enjoyed our overnight stay at this lovely bed and breakfast on our way to visit our nephew. The house was beautiful, and the room spacious and comfortable. We appreciated Cathy's warm welcome, recommendations of things to do, and delicious breakfast--all delivered with safety in mind. Even from behind her mask, we felt Cathy's warm hospitality, and we trusted the special care she took to ensure ultra-cleanliness. We'd love to stay again.
