Uruga B&B provides guests with a beautiful and colourful award- winning garden to enjoy. A gazebo in the shade of some large trees, plus another garden setting with an umbrella for warm weather, are both ideal places to read or sip something nice! Inside there are two comfortable Queen bedrooms with en-suites; one of which is wheelchair accessible. A shower chair is available if needed. French doors from the rooms open out onto a long balcony with cane chairs and tables. A large shared dining and lounge area also contains a library, TV, DVDs, magazines and games. On the walls are original paintings and photos, and the décor is a rich array of antiques and treasures collected from around the world. The breakfast menu offers low sugar, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free food and drink, as well as other conventional choices. Much of the food is home-made, very healthy, and made from original recipes. Strathalbyn town centre with its beautiful parks, and High St. with its antique shops and cafes, is only a short drive or walk away.

Thank you Judy for a great few days at your B& B....It was so peaceful, so much to look at, your attention to detail in your beautiful garden is stunning no wonder you won a prize for it. Our room was comfortable, clean and private. Love your shared lounge area and breakfast in the morning was delicious. Luxury accommodation with great attention to detail. Host Judy very obliging. I notice by a plaque on the wall Judy won 1st place in the town's best garden competition last year. Lovely to stroll around and explore all the little nooks and garden art on display.

The owner of this beautiful B & B has taken over 10 years & an extraordinary amount of hard work to complete this little piece heaven in the delightful town of Strathalbyn. We were lucky enough to be one of her first guests and what a treat it was. The 2 queen size rooms are incredibly spacious and beautifully appointed, with large modern bathrooms. It is spotlessly clean and the whole place is incredible with a myriad of old Australian memorabilia, the owners own art work and a collection of artefacts and photos from overseas. We needed much longer to look at everything! The garden has won an award and is absolutely stunnng with its beautiful plants, rocks, sculptures and peaceful corners to sit and admire it all. There is also a lovely verandah where I sat & read my book. The

This Bed and Breakfast is ideal for anyone looking for quality accommodation in the Antiques Town of Strathalbyn. It has two large double rooms with queen size beds, both with ensuites. The second is also set up for wheelchairs. Each room has french doors leading onto the verandah and the fascinating, award-winning garden which surrounds the house. In the garden are cute animal sculptures which are tucked away in nooks and crannies and two areas for relaxing over a cuppa, one of which is a gazebo. This is a classy B & B with original paintings and photos on the walls along with carefully selected furniture in keeping with the old world charm of the original house. The B & B section is a completely new addition to the 100 year old house. Everything is immaculate and well
