We stayed one night here. The room was comfortable with a small ensuite not much room for toiletries but no problem for one night. The bed was comfortable. Outside was a table & chairs where we sat & enjoyed our breakfast. It was much cooler staying here. The woman who checked us in was not very friendly but her partner...

We stayed here for 2 nights, very comfortable and clean. Everything you could need. Family run, they are very friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the area. Good places to eat, all at a walkable distance. Last but not least, there are platypus in the river!!!

Nice clean & comfortable rooms within walking distance of the local shops, cafes & pub. Comfortable bed, had a great sleep. Walk to the famous Yungaburra markets. Friendly staff. Cute little village to stay at for a couple of days.

We loved the place. The cleanest, best set up, so quite, most comfortable bed, what else do you want. The host's went out pf their way to welcome everyone. With two wings to the lodge the managers put the younger ones in one side and US older ones on the other. Bliss. Yungaburra is he friendliest place I have been,...

Heartfelt welcome and guided tour of the features of our very comfortable room. Fresh flowers, fabulous fluffy towels, plenty of pillows and good quality toiletries and in room refreshments. Situated within walking distance of Yungaburra and Peterson's Creek where platypus play, it is the perfect spot for a stopover close to Atherton. Rooms are small but so much to do...

We were exploring the Atherton Tablelands and wanted to stay overnight in the quaint, heritage listed village of Yungaburra. Accordingly (as always!!) consulted with the trusty trip advisor and very pleased we did.... Kookaburra Lodge is a peaceful, centrally positioned small motel with very pretty lush gardens surrounding it. The rooms were basic but immaculate, and the bathrooms had HUGE...

We booked very far in advance and therefore got an even better deal of $90 per night! Breakfast was an extra cost but again very good value for probably the best muffins outside of the US. Great service and clean, tidy room - much better than most motels. Not within walking distance to restaurants but in a quiet end of...

Myself and my partner and our visitors from Ireland stayed here for one night. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, good amenities including makeup remover pads, I've never seen that before and thought it was a nice touch! They also do a very nice breakfast, the eggs were so fresh I thought they had their own chickens! The staff were...
