An older property but perfect location, one street from the beach. Good value for money and clean and tidy. The rooms are mini apartments of medium size with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Could have done with more towels. The bed we had was only a double, felt small but ok for comfort.

Hi Chantel, thank you for staying with us and taking the time to submit your review. Though somewhat biased we agree totally with the comments on location, value and cleanliness. Our two bedroom apartments have larger beds which may be alternative option for you. We wish you well on your future travels.

An older property but well appointed, comfortable and very clean. No lift. No wifi but available at Information Centre almost next door. Great location, one block from the beach. Small pool with BBQ and outdoor furniture. It is possible to walk to Aldi and other supermarkets but wish we'd driven. Had really good meal at the Surf Club about 5...

Location is fantastic, room was clean. I stayed for work rather than a holiday so no WiFi was a bit annoying. It was nice and quiet. The stairs didn't bother me, but I might have needed a breather half way up if I'd been on holidays and enjoyed a few to many alcoholic beverages :)

Location, cleanliness and relaxing stays are just some of the priorities we focus on for our guests. Safe travels.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Burlington for a week. The apartment was immaculate, well equipped and very comfortable and very quiet and peaceful with a lovely garden outlook. The managers were friendly and helpful. The Burlington is located conveniently close to shops, the beach, restaurants and public transport facilities. The complex also has a very clean heated...

We spent 2 weeks at The Burlington and found it to be the perfect place to explore the Maroochydore area. Right on the bus route meant that we didn't need a car for local attractions, but if you have one, they have free car parking under the building. We even caught the bus to the Eumundi Markets without any difficulty...

We stayed in Unit 14, didn't mind the stairs as we were well aware of them having stayed at this apartment block a number of years ago. The main rooms were clean but basic, the bathrooms a different story altogether. The main bathroom housed the laundry with the dryer venting into the room, there was no extractor fan and even...

Since our first stay a number of years ago we have made The Burlington our regular home away from home for our yearly break. Terrible. Came away with my family for the weekend expecting a lovely weekend. Walked in to a tiny apartment with a kitchen too small for one grown man to be in not to mention the fact that the cupboards dont hold even a salad bowl. The bathroom was unhygienic, there was mould on the walls and a dirty shower curtain. ...

Our stay at the Burlington was disappointing. The bathroom wasn't clean including mould in the shower stall. The kitchen was tiny, only one person could fit at a time- yet the unit was meant to accommodate four people. The Management team were rude and abrupt. I do not recommend for a family holiday.
