This is a place to see and experience It is friendly, clean, spacious and has everything that you need whilst away from home. You can eat in the restaurant or self cater, need to bring your supplies with you. So yes I would recommend it for either a break to recharge or a base to see the country J&D

We spent two nights here enjoying the atmosphere of the Rainforest from the wooden havens created by Rose Gum. The chalet we stayed in was large with a god sized veranda. The chalet is equipped with a full kitchen where the eggs and bacon supplied in their Breakfast Hamper can be cooked or you can stick with the continental as...

We stayed for 2 nights to focus on birding in the rain forest. It did not disappoint. The birding was excellent and greatly helped by Peta and Jon’s local knowledge. The accommodation was stunning. The chalets offer privacy in your own rainforest setting. The room was very large and very nice, with a combined living, kitchen and bedroom space. The...

The house was clean, the kitchen well equipped and the first day breakfast in the fridge was more than enough for two days! Bacon, eggs, yoghurt, cereal, etc. etc. We were told to bring in food, so we...

We were also pleasantly surprised to have a complimentary breakfast hamper with eggs, bacon, cereal, yogurt, milk etc which lasted us two days. Also the free wifi at reception was an unexpected bonus,...

The tree houses are superb - you miss no comfort, even the kitchen is extremely well equipped though we only used it for breakfast. The restaurant is outstanding. Where else do you have a chef that cooks for a hand full of...
