We would recommend this B&B to travellers as it was very well presented and the surrounding area is just gorgeous. Lynn and Paul were wonderful hosts and made everyone who staying here feel very much at home. They had a great knowledge of the area and what this to see and do and they also offer sea kayaking and river...

We had already received a friendly email from Lyn and Paul the owners, soon after we booked, so that was a good intro. When we got there we found it was better than we imagined, a big bedroom, a lounge / breakfast area, and a huge bathroom, shower and toilet. The whole accommodation was very disabled friendly. The area was...

The rooms were newly built, all stand alone cabins with balcony, wooden floors, comfortable bedding, living room and bathroom. They had all the added extras like nice toiletries, torches, and mozzie spray. It was so quiet we slept the deepest we have in ages- apart from the birds and other wildlife which were amazing to hear and see.The owners are...

When we checked in, I thought TripAdvisor does not have enough stars to rate this place. First impressions were wonderful and so was our stay. A few facts for you: - the photos do not give this place justice. What you see in the main photo is actually the owner's house, not the guest accommodation. - guest accommodation included three...

We felt very lucky that we happened upon this B&B. More affordable than most places. The rooms are really lovely with polished floor boards wooden furniture and vanity, a small veranda that you can sit out and hear the amazing sounds of the rainforest.lyn and Paul are very friendly with good Ol school Australian hospitality. Their old dog dash is...

We stayed here in two bungalows with two kids for two nights. We were welcomed by Lynn and her rescued dog dash. Paul was out. Lynn is very helpful and knowledgable around the area. That is a great asset for getting directions, restaurants etc. She also has a great variety of brochures. The bungalows/rooms are very clean, and spacious enough....

Lyn and Paul have created a great escape, a quiet and peaceful room with a ambiance of the bush and sounds of nature. Close to tours and a short drive to Cape tribulation ferry meant we were able to access all the beauty surrounding us. An amazing place to visit and the incredible nutritious breakfast of tropical fruits provided by...

There is really nothing wrong with this place. It's in the woods, so you hear the local wildlife around you at night (pity about the mozzies). The hosts are nice enough, and the breakfast is fine too. Good place to stay for a night, because Daintree village is really not worth staying any longer.

I can't recommend this place high enough. It was beyond all our expectations. We had a unit to ourselves a little distance away from the main house. It had a very comfortable queen size bed, a separate sitting area with television, fridge, toaster and sofa, and a bathroom suitable for someone with a disability. The rooms are equiped with ceiling...

The Daintree does not boast luxury five star hotels. Mostly accomodation is camping and a few B&B places. Daintree Village Hideaway is one of 3 B&B's in the village, and provides a comfortable option when visiting this unique area. The hosts (Paul and Lynn) are very welcoming and provide a comfortable appartment with TV, fridge etc. Internet in the area...
