We arrived at 12:30am and owner had the vacancy light on (thank goodness)! Room was so clean and beds were comfortable. A great little vintage style bathroom with a great show ever to freshen up. Will defs stay here again if on a long road trip south from cairns.

Room by the hour or a low rent Backpackers would have been cleaner. The photos in no way match the rooms, or the pool area. We slept in our clothes as we didnt want the filthy blanket touching us. Thank goodness we travel with our own pillow. I know you get what you pay for but there is no excuse for filth!

Very reasonably priced for the type of accommodation and for this time of the year. It was clean and tidy. Decor in bathroom was abit out dated. In general, I was happy with our room. The pool was nice to swim in. Not far to drive to the CBD. Service was friendly.
