Very nice old building with hospitable owners. Nice breakfasts, of almost limitless choices. I had trepidation's about the bed, which would normally have been too hard for me, but surprisingly I found it OK. Unfortunately somewhat constrained by what can be done due to the heritage of the building, and the road outside is very busy, necessitating earplugs on a...

The bathroom was top notch and the bed was lovely and comfortable. The scrambled eggs for breakfast were the best I've ever had! Our only disappointment was that It was fully booked when we had another wedding...

It was a really lovely experience. We were so well looked after and attention to detail in everything. I hope to be able to stay there next year for Silverstone weekend. Parking was easy, just across the road. Our room was at the back with a view of the lovely garden, quiet!

We stayed last night for 1 night, fabulous in every way. Lovely welcome from Karen and Peter. Althorp room beautiful, extremely comfortable bed, lovely spacious bathroom. Lots of room amenities provided. The breakfast was first class, freshly cooked and plenty of variety. We wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend.
