This is the 2ndctime that we've stayed here, and its just as friendly as the last time. Staff are genuinely pleased to welcome you, the family rooms are more than comfortable. Quality and choice of the breakfast is excellent, and again the staff are lovely. Will definitely be booking a 3rd stay in the future

Lovely hotel with everything you need. Even down to extra tea and coffee supplies at reception. Friendly and helpful staff. Only criticism was the dog and duck for breakfast. Awful lady at front desk, presumably the manager. Very condescending and had a very bad attitude. Really think she's in the wrong job! The self service part of breakfast is a...

I have stayed couple of times at this venue . The rooms were very clean with new fresh coat of paint . The staff at reception (Kate and Bonnie) were wonderful friendly and helpful. Huge thank to staff and lovely Claire who carried my luggage and took it on the second floor. Thanks again to the team that made my...

Absolutely no problems with the Premier Inn stay - faultless as usual. The same cannot be said about the restaurant at the Dog & Duck Beefeater next door - appallingly slow preparation of breakfast and a manager who clearly has responsibility issues and not the faintest idea of how to deal with unhappy customers. She told us it was our...

Yes you could smell the paint but if you want rooms updated you can't help that, good location, easy to find, car park was busy as arrived 7.30, most having food in the Dog and duck, some noise from the road in my room, not the quietest I have stayed in Nice staff, what you would expect from a premier...

The hotel was being refurbished but this had been made clear on the website when booking so no complaints. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the (refurbished) room was excellent and well up to the expected standard. And a massive HD TV! Enjoyable stay.

All OK except part of the hotel was closed due to repainting. The smell of paint was everywhere. We were told on arrival which was not very good, we should have been told before hand then we could have stayed somewhere else.

Hi Ted Thanks for the review of our hotel. It's such a shame to hear you didn't enjoy your stay with us. All rooms should be thoroughly serviced before you arrive so I do apologise you found cobwebs in your room. The manager will follow this up the housekeeping team as soon as possible to make sure all of our...

Always find this PI a pleasant place to stay - despite the fact that some of the rooms were being refreshed the staff ensured our stay was good. The restaurant food was good value for money and service was good.
