    Stood waiting for a drink and to get menu. Bar staff Ignored us twice. The pub wasn’t even that busy but girl behind bar more interested in her phone! So walked out. Shame, as all other pubs in town spot on. Avoid The Peak and...More

    Lovely pub , candles on tables , food delicious and service great . Log burning stoves burning away . Old inn with bags of character . Loved it we went back the next night for a bottle of wine . Give it a go .

    Popped in to take a look whilst staying at the Olde Cheshire Cheese down the road. This is a lively old pub with lots of rooms and garden seating area which is pretty. Described on the pub sign as alfresco but then gardens are!
