We spent a lovely night away at Seawood, in the large family bedroom with en-suite shower room. This was the perfect location for our couple of days in the Lake District, which, despite the rain had plenty to offer. The B&B is located in a very quiet spot at the end of the canal, with great unspoiled views overlooking the...

Lovely b&b with a great outlook. Family en suite room was perfect for us visiting family and friends in the area. Sue greeted us on arrival and made us feel welcome. Lovely cooked breakfasts, or cereal and toast is available if you prefer.

The location overlooking the water is very pretty. Trust sat Nav. It will get you there. Sue met me on arrival and was very friendly. She was almost falling over herself to be helpful, so thank you. The decor is bright and fairly modern and pleasant to be in. The room I stayed in was a small double with a...

Stayed here from 10/02-13/02 2017 and it was lovely. Took my wife and 2 little girls. Sue couldn't have been nicer. Very kind and great rapport with my eldest daughter who kept wanting to see her dogs. The room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was great, and nice pubs nearby. The old Farmhouse has phenomenal food! Really enjoyed our...

Really lovely, homely B&B in a great location with fabulous panoramic views. Sue is a great host and Chester and Zac (the dogs) make fabulous co-hosts! :) The full English breakfast was delicious. There's a cosy pub (The Bay Horse) a few minutes walk away too. 10/10 - we'll definitely return.

Sue couldn't be nicer! She is an absolute doll! After a long day of travel, this was a lovely place to relax and have a good night's sleep without feeling like we were on top of each other. The room is just lovely with everything we could possibly need. Stayed later than planned the next day to walk the beach...

Sue & Roger where most welcoming to their unique position - tucked away at the bottom of the canal & overlooking the estuary! Super location & a recommended visit! And so near to Ulverston & all it has to offer! V comfy, lovely b'fast - the only draw back for us was a shared bathroom - but get over that...
