We booked the B&B for one night in December, when visiting family in Sedburgh. Our hosts were delightful, rang us to check we hadn't got lost, we were delayed on the motorway and they were worried about us. The house was warm, welcoming and comfortable. Our room was spotlessly clean, bed comfy and warm. Breakfast was delicious, with ground coffee...

We spent thirteen nights in Bluebells and one night in the B and B. We were warm, peaceful, comfortable, and made to feel very welcome by Dorothy and Ernest. Bluebells was a lovely place to stay, under floor heating, a huge comfortable bed, and beautifully tiled large wet room. Every thing you could possibly need was provided in this stylish accommodation. The view was...

I rented the self contained Bluebells accommodation for 3 nights for my sister and I. I can honestly say this is one of the best places we have ever stayed in. It was cosy, mondern, perfectly clean and extremely well designed. Dorothy, Ernest and their son where so friendly and welcoming. We loved staying on the farm and had the...

Spent 4 nights at this B&B primarily to watch our local county team play a three day match against Cumberland at Sedbergh School. Countryside location about two miles from the town. Barn conversion with comfortable en-suite rooms but no tea/coffee or biscuits in room. Guests have use of lounge/kitchen area where these facilities, plus use of fridge are readily available...

We are a family with two older kids. We were all very happy and comfortable with our 2-night stay at Hebblethwaite Hall Farm B&B. The rooms were comfortable with very good quality ensuites. Bedding and linens are high quality. Rooms are quiet with velux blackouts. This is a stylish barn conversion run by lovely hosts.

One of the best b&b's we have stayed at. Our second visit to the wonderfully renovated 1764 barn accommodation that Dorothy and Ernest have carefully undertaken. Modern interior with plenty of comfortable space to enjoy. Great hosts with lots of stories to make you feel welcome. Don't miss the bluebell walks in the protected woodland nearby in springtime. Pity Hebblethwaite...

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay on Saturday night with my Mum. We felt so welcome, you really went above and beyond. I just can't wait to come back. B&B was great, a lovely twin room, wonderful powerful shower, comfortable beds with proper cotton bedding. Breakfast was delicious. Perfect really.

Unfortunately, we were only here for one night but hope to return. The location is superb with wonderful views over the surrounding countryside. Our room was most attractively decorated and very comfortable - at night, we fell asleep listening to owls calling close by. The breakfasts were good. Our hosts, Dorothy and Denis, were very welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our...

We spent three nights at this wonderful, friendly farm. Our bed and breakfast accommodation was delightful, in a lovely room with comfortable bed and en suite shower rom. We received a warm welcome from Dorothy who greeted us with tea and delicious cake. There was a comfortable lounge/kitchen diner, where Dorothy served an excellent cooked breakfast, including fresh fruit, cereal...

A friend and I booked the two B&B rooms with our 9 year old sons, as they were playing in the Sedbergh rugby tournament the following day (conveniently just a couple of miles from the farm). Ernest and Dorothy were very welcoming and the accommodation was immaculate. Because we occupied the two rooms upstairs we had the downstairs sitting and...
