We had a great stay at Rainor’s Farm in the Paddock Yurt. A fantastic experience, one of us is not fond of camping but also enjoyed the experience. Having own facilities was a great plus point, and the Yurt itself was cosy and well set...More

Hi, We are situated between Gosforth village and Nether Wasdale, approximately one and a half hour's drive from Ambleside and on the west coast. We are also only 5 miles from the foot of Scafell Pike - England's highest mountain and Wastwater - England's deepest lake and voted Britain's best view. We do accept dogs in our B&B and self catering cottage. We would not recommend staying here if you want or need to be in Ambleside but please visit our website again or contact us for further info if required. I look forward to hearing from you further and thank you for your interest Debbie Hughes
