Our second visit, a really exceptional B&B beautifully appointed and quiet rural location but handy for the M6 and Cheshire area. Ruth and Steven are great hosts, nothing is too much trouble and the breakfasts are scrummy....highly recommended

I stay in many B&B's across the country in connection with my work. I consider that Primrose Cottage features as one of the best if not the best I visit. Always a friendly welcome from Stephen and Ruth, excellent home from home accommodation and a breakfast to see you through the day...... what more could you want.

Our first visit, spent over Christmas, couldn't have been in a more beautiful (and loved) venue with such welcoming, considerate and attentive hosts. We have no hesitation in recommending Primrose Cottage to anyone requiring a break in Cheshire.

Have stayed at Primrose cottage on many occasions over a period of the best part of 10 years I can reccomend it without reservation. Comfort, cleanliness and delicious food - nothing is too much...

Long stay for 3 months whilst working nearby. Everything to the highest standards. Exceptional, friendly hosts who did their utmost to make me welcome whilst away from home. Would recommend without reservation.

Ruth and Steven go above and beyond what you would normally accept from a B&B. This is more than a B&B, this is a home from home and when you arrive it is like coming home, their warmth and friendliness makes you feel like you are part of the family and nothing is too much trouble, like the packed bags...

I had the pleasure of staying at Primrose Cottage for 2 nights on 2nd & 3rd September, 2016, whilst visiting my Son, who has recently re-located to Cheshire. From the moment I arrived, to the moment I left, Steven and Ruth made me feel so welcome. Primrose Cottage is certainly more than your average B&B. Steven and Ruth provide so...
