We have visited this establishment on several occasions and I must say the food has always been of a very good standard. On this occasion it was for an early Mother's Day meal, we usually try and book the late sitting so as not to be rushed through. The food was once again excellent two of us had prawn cocktails...

I am a weekly lunchtime visitor here to get some escape from work. The staff are very friendly, the beef sandwiches are even better and the beer is dam good too. If I lived closer I'd go there in the evening too to see what it's like

I had the chicken kebab which I would highly recommend.. not only is the presentation impressive .. with the kebab served hanging from a stand , but it tasted amazing ,...

We had four generations of family , one vegetarian and one gluten free, and two children under 10. The Crown was fantastic they took out booking even though it was near to Christmas and a Sunday. The chef ensures he always provides for gluten free and his glutton free brownies are to die for. We all had a very enjoyable...

One of two eateries in the high street in Linton we were staying for a few days and had tried the dog and duck (see separate review), so we though we would have the takeaway service one evening. We ordered a pizza and a burger and fries. It cost £19.50 and took around 15 minutes to be ready. Bar staff...

Room was reasonable size but a bit shabby. In the restaurant we had pizza which was thin and crispy in places but quite doughy in others -though the toppings were nice. Breakfast was good, served by the chef. Hot water seemed to be an issue with a notice in the bathroom warning that if other guests had recently filled their...

I stayed here for my honeymoon night and overall had a very good experience. The room itself was nice but the bed did have some hairs on it, we had to actually fix the air con ourselves because it wasn't working properly, and we needed it because that room was absolutely scorching hot without it, though it was ridiculously noisy....

Stayed here on Saturday, have family living in Linton. Lovely, spacious room above the pub, wasn't noisy at all and sleep very well. The food was great and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Would recommend staying here and would happily stay here again. Pub was very clean and you can see the kitchen in the dining area (always...
