We upgraded to a room in the annex which was very comfortable but no seating area. Great bathroom! A bit disappointed by the breakfast - one sausage and one rasher of bacon for Full English (as well as the other ingredients of course) ! However, so convenient for our multi-venue trip - the location is ideal. (Busy main road so...

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay at the 5 Arrows. Lovely room with high ceiling overlooking the main road. We ate it the restaurant on our first night, excellent beautifully prepared food. For those that like a log burning fire try the Long Dog

We found all the staff to be really friendly and professional. We stayed in room 15 in the annex. Very large, spacious and comfortable. Dinner was excellent. The food really was top quality. Well cooked and presented. Breakfast did not disappoint.

Wow what a gem! We stayed in room 10 which had a huge comfy bed and its own seating area. The food in the restaurant was gorgeous and well worth the money. Will be booking to go back soon and cant wait

I booked a table for a Saturday lunch time and was surprised how busy it was. Service was very good and a plate of bread was on our table which was excellent. We opted for the lunch specials which is £19.95 for 3 courses or £15.50 for 2 courses which was great value. All courses arrived nicely presented and delicious....

We stayed in the Le Dix room which is located in what looks like the old stables at the back of the hotel. The room has its own lounge area, beautiful well-equipped bathroom and lovely bedroom with what seemed to be an emperor sized bed. The room was very tastefully decorated, very clean and cosy plus the hotel grounds are...

We were two couples, and a weekend in a hotel with an outstanding reputation was our goal. Waddesden Manor was closed, but the grounds were open, the buses running and the cafe was open. We looked around the cellars which were very interesting. It was cold but bracing and fresh air was plentiful. The rooms, ( there are only 16) were...

We stayed here for a single night en route from one stop to another and were very pleasantly surprised. I picked out the Five Arrows from the Hotel and Travel Guide ( bestlovedhotels ) as it was in a convenient location. The hotel is very well and tastefully decorated, the rooms pristine and carefully designed with en suite facilities. The...

The Five Arrows is located just outside Aylesbury along the busy A41, but don't let that put you off; our room was fairly close to the road and there was no problem with noise. I think the room had been decorated within the last few months and to a high standard in vintage colours, the en-suite was spacious and had...

The Five Arrows Hotel is located in the loverly village of Waddesdon with loverly pubs and a great Indian resturant. The hotel is clean and tidy with very nice rooms and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The room we had was a the front of the hotel facing the main road through Waddesdon which was busy !...
