I visited the English restaurant for my friends birthday. We had the Sunday lunch menu. The venue was a lot smaller then it appears in pictures and is just in the middle of a parade of shops/pubs ect that it didn't really feel special or something to shout about from the outside on arrival. Once we got in to the...

Beaconsfield is a lovely small town and we had a wonderful night spent at the Crazy Bear. Staff were attentive and service was good. A lovely glass of bubbles on arrival before being shown to our room. We loved the décor and quirky style. Everywhere you look there is something different to see. Our dining experience was wonderful. The food...

We stayed at the Crazy Bear on Bank Holiday Monday as part of a Group On voucher booking. Check in area is very small but run efficiently and we were quickly shown to our rooms with a very small glass of champagne. We were shown the other public areas first before being taken across the road to a townhouse. Our...

I booked the Crazy Bear Restaurant for my wife and I for our 1st wedding anniversary. I made the reservation in advance by a few days, however they informed me they were fully booked and the only time they had available was at 6pm on the Monday of our anniversary. A bit early, I though, however I booked anyway as...

I booked a Groupon deal for an overnight stay in a suite with a 7 course meal and breakfast. I also paid for two Thai massages. This was for my best friends 30th birthday. The room was lovely but the windows had months worth of dirt on them, not very pleasant at all. During our meal the first few courses...

My husband booked the 8 course taster meal. We arrived slightly early with the view to have a drink prior to the meal, however, we were taken straight to our table. It was a Sunday mid afternoon lunch booking and the restaurant was packed. We were asked what we would like to drink and given the 2 menu options -...

Turned up slightly early as we live about 50mins away. Went the a girl outside and said we were here for the Thai restaurant, her response "it's not open" so I asked if we could go somewhere for a drink. "No wait over there" so not the best start. After waiting and waiting we finally realised she had rudely pointed...
