Great atmosphere, attentive service & an excellent afternoon tea. Fresh & tasty sandwiches with lovely cakes & scones. A jug of Pimms EACH set this late summer afternoon family treat off beautifully. Whilst quirky venue it is, the seating stools can be uncomfortable after time & warm scones would be even better. 4* but nearly 5!

We visited for one night in September. We had been meaning to visit for some time, and got a good deal on a suite on booking.com What an amazing hotel, loved the decor and the experience and really can't fault the suite, spotlessly clean and gorgeous on every level. The only thing I can really say as a negative was...

Amazing experience from the moment we arrived. There is so much attention to detail with this hotel. A little pricey so one night was enough. The Thai Resturant was amazing too, great staff and great food. Would certainly stay again

Think of Alice in Wonderland blended with Louis IX Versailles style surroundings!! We had one of the suites for the night and it was great. The spacious room with the copper bath and the separate wet room were amazing. We also enjoyed a seven course taster menu in the English restaurant and a few cocktails in the lounge afterwards. The...

I booked this note for our 1st wedding anniversary as we wanted something different & memorable. I was slightly concerned after reading other reviews on here but it was too late by then as I'd already booked & paid! The phone call I received a week before our visit didn't fill me with confidence as the voicemail that was left...

My husband booked this as a birthday surprise as we both love Crazy Bear restaurant in London. we took our 7 year old as I didn't want to spend a weekend away from him. It was a struggle to find the car park but eventually we did. The Spanish lady who checked us in was very efficient, though we didn't...

This hotel really has the WOW factor. From check in to check out the whole experience was amazing. The decor throughout the whole hotel was extremely well put together. Our room was even better than the online pictures with attention to detail in every part of the room. The copper bath was the best feature but have to say the...
