This is a delightful place to stay. The owner, Dennis is very informative and looks after his guests very well. He is a true gentleman. At breakfast each day (and unfortunately we were only there for two nights) he makes a point of talking to guests and gives advice on what to see and is extremely knowledgeable. His staff are...

We only stayed one night on a quick trip to the area, but Dennis gave us great advice to maximize the sites that we were able to see. The grounds are beautiful and the inn is decorated uniquely. The breakfast was fantastic - I enjoyed the Juevos de Hamaca and my boyfriend loved the enchiladas suizas - very creamy sauce....

Casa de Hamacas is a really charming guest house on a quiet square in a laidback town. Reached over a bridge which crosses a small garden (a tiny piece of jungle), it's one of those places where the design just works – a little arch by the pool, some steps down to the breakfast area, a hammock to the right...

Casa Hamaca is a brilliant place to stay. We stayed there for 3 nights last week, and had a fantastic and relaxing time. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was bigger than most rooms I've stayed at. The location is less than a 10 min walk from the main square, which is ideal when walking off...

What a Wonderful and Restful Experience we had at "Casa Hamaca Guesthouse". We have just arrived back from our two week trip to Mexico where we spent our last week at Casa Hamaca. The location is ideal and allows an easy walk to all the local city attractions. The guesthouse was quiet, secluded, and restful to come home to after...

We stayed at Casa Hamaca last week and could not have been happier with the accommodations. Our room was huge. The grounds were serene and the staff ebullient. I particularly enjoyed all the art work and murals about the facility. Denis was very helpful and appears to be genuinely concerned with his guests welfare. They have an excellent kitchen that...

Had a wonderful 4 days at Casa Hamaca. Great breakfast and Denis is an excellent host; interesting stories, copious advice and a good listener, too! Very accommodating staff. We went "birding" early one morning and they had coffee and pastries out well before the usual hour. We'll be back!

We had a fabulous stay at Casa Hamaca, Denis and his staff are most accommodating and very informative. The rooms are very large and comfortable and the the property allows you to have your personal space anytime of the day. The food was very good, and the margaritas were tasty. Very very clean and you always felt safe. The location...

Words can't describle how much we loved this place...nothing is too much. Our mistake was only to stay 1 night. We were met at the gates by porters who took care of us...very much appreciated after a 4hr car drive and finding our way aroung the Calle system of these towns! The guesthouse was spotless and so much local artefacts...
