As other reviewers have commented, I'm surprised this place isn't more highly rated. It's easily within walking distance to the main square and has gated parking. Rooms are large, well-appointed, and are similar to those of a 4-star hotel. The price is more than reasonable. Highly recommended.

This hotel is definitely not 5 stars. Its rooms are outdated and the atmosphere in the restaurant and generally is slightly decadent, not very uplifting. The service is not great. We arrived in the room and there were no towels. It took them over an hour and 3 phone calls to get the towels to our room. Also, we mentioned...

To call this hotel a 5 stars luxury hotel is probably the city's best kept joke. Because it's far from that. Although the premises is well constructed there is so much wrong with operations. Just a couple of irritations: - no Internet / wifi signal. Although the hotel praises it self with all round Internet. The front desk lady helped...

This is a lovely property and if you have a car, makes a good option for a stay in Valladolid. The pluses are a great pool, lovely grounds, spacious rooms nicely decorated, and an on-site bar/restaurant. Downsides are it's distance from centro (not walkable), and the need for maintenance - at least in our room. The sliding door to the...

Quiet, nice large rooms, beautiful gardens, peaceful, has a decent pool and a tenis court, we did not spend a lot of time in the rooms, but we could go from there to all the places we had planned, they helped me get tickets for the Chichen Itza night show, a mist see... From this hotel you can go to...

I was here for business for two nights and found it a very pleasant hotel with good security . The room was spacious and comfortable and quiet. There was a shortage of restaurants in the area but it was not that far to downtown. I would definitely stay here again

We booked this hotel for only one night, as has become our practice while traveling through Mexico, where descriptions of hotel features and amenities are often greatly exaggerated; the decision to book this hotel for another night was easy... the room was nice and large, the bed was comfortable, there were plenty of pillows, our room was nice and quiet,...

I think it said 5* which it is not but having said that everything was absolutely fine. Large rooms, huge bed, nice pool area. For us it was all about a relaxing stay within easy reach of Chichen Itza. Valladolid is a simple but friendly town, with cobbled streets around the lovely main square within walking distance from the Quinta...

After a couple of hours of driving, we got checked in and went to park. The parking is brick paved, and gated. We felt safe. Our first reaction to the room was that it looked like an authentic Mexican hacienda. It was immaculate, spacious and cool, with clay-colored tile floors. The doorways were framed in arched brick painted in a...

Beautiful hacienda style accommodation. Gardens are beautifully manicured, tennis court and pool looked good, room was very nicely finished and decorated. Bathroom recently renovated, but shower head was really poor - water went everywhere. Worst was the failure of staff to respond to requests to attend to problems in the room - television remote that didn't work. They also wanted...
