The hotel is nice and staff are great. Overall our stay was very pleasant, and as Valladolid is off the beaten path, there aren't many tourists around even in peak season, and it's an easy drive to great attractions - local Cenotes and Maya archaeological sites. Shout out to José Margarito who really made us feel welcome.

Valladolid is a special town set in the Yucatán jungle. The town is well worth exploring, and there are spectacular Mayan ruins near by. This hotel has great potential, but the almost total lack of service made it not worth the high prices. In 3 days our room was never cleaned and we had no hot water one day. Our...

We love our stay at this hotel (3 adults and 3 kids). We took two rooms and loved the experience - the surrounding, the quietness, its closeness to the town center, the pool, the restaurant, the outside terrace for breakfast. The only minus was the gap we had in one of our rooms doors, and the lack if noise insulation...

We always stay here plenty of room for trucks, good pools, incredible staff and the restaurant is solid. Crew likes the larger Rooms for Doubles. Dept heads will like the in room desks and reliable wifi.

Nice hotel rooms - although smelt musty, nice pool (water too hot for swimming though), hotel reception staff not at all friendly or helpful, worst breakfast we had while in Mexico. Wi-fi - hit & miss. It was really hot while we were ther, making it too far to walk into town & very little to do while in town,...

The gardens are amazing -when you go out on the big balcony it feels like being in a jungle but that is where the joy of this hotel ends. We stayed three nights which is just too long for this place. The beds are clean and comfy and the rooms are big however efforts to cut corners and just plain...

This hotel is a delightful colonial style place to stay while discovering Valladolid's historic city centre and the impressive convent. We were very happy with our big room with a view onto the garden. Definitely worthwhile strolling through the gardens in order to build up an appetite for the onsite restaurant - good quality Mexican food served inside the restaurant...

Highly recommended! The room was large, comfortable and was decorated in colonial style. Very good breakfast, reasonably priced. The only downsides - about 15-20 walk from the center of town (although taxi ride was only $1), inconsistent wi-fi.

This hotel is not a luxurious five star place, but that's not what people come to Valladolid for. Instead, it offers just what is needed, a relaxed, comfortable, clean and pretty place to stay, close (though not walking distance) to the town center, easy to get to by car and plenty of secure parking. The grounds are nice with nice...
