We booked 6 nights in a superior king room and we were provided a spacious room on the 4th floor with a shared patio with an amazing view of the main square and church. Bedding and towels were top notch - bath robes were a nice touch. Air conditioning and ceiling fan were quiet

Just walked right in and got a room for my family Truly great people, you will hear Mayan dialect spoken a lot 30 minutes away from Chichen Itza, it provided us with a great home base. Rooms are roomy and cool (very important, it is hot!) Right in the town square Three blocks

It is a pretty tight area since it is in the old part of the city. Streets are narrow and crowded. The hotel does have a parking lot but it is kind tight too. Definitely call in advance.

I drove from Merida which is on the the other side of the Yucatán and it was a three hour drive. However, busing it from Cancun To Valladolid where the hotel is located is at least a 2 1/2 car ride and probably more by bus. I am not sure if there are buses or combies from Cancun to Valladolid.
