This is a charming little hotel in an old colonial style house such as the whole street and Valladolid itself is a nice place. Big thanks to the staff; they are very friendly and extremely helpful. We had some health problem and they helped a lot in order to getting better. Room was very clean, big and I liked the... More

We found the hotel charming, lots of character, friendly staff, good sized room overlooking a spotless pool. Breakfast was continental, although you could have a fried egg. Were pleased to have safe parking and it is very convenient to walk to see all the attractions of Valladolid. A couple of small hitches - the grid of one way streets makes... More

The location is great -- between the main square in one direction and Convent San Bernardino in the other, both about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. There was a small, nice pool as well as several hammocks to hang out in. The room was pretty basic and a little dark, and I felt the mattress was a little... More

Not a bad word to say about this hotel. Great room, great property, great staff, great location. Perfect home base for looking at the ruins in the area, and we were surprised at how charming we found valladolid. Parking was easy, and it's a 2 block walk to the square.

The place is on a side street just 2 blocks from the ADO station and maybe 4 blocks from the man plaza.. It also has a parking lot for cars. The staff are friendly and I think Irlando works a split shift, as he serves desayuno and is there in the evenings. Breakfast includes jus, coffee, bread, 3 types of... More

Just in the right place to be quiet but only a few blocks from the ADO bus station and the main square. Friendly staff and plenty of space in a young looking business that will probably add more and more to its current simple appeal. Very good as a first stop over from Cancun.

We stayed in that hotel for three nights and chose it because of the good evaluations on tripadvisor and booking, but we were a bit disappointed of the high ratings that the hotel has. We travelled with four people so we booked two rooms. One of the rooms was stinking really really bad and even having the windows open all... More

We greatly enjoyed our two nights at Tunich Beh. Contrary to other reviews, we found the staff very helpful and friendly. The buildings are lovely, quiet and very well appointed, it seemed very peaceful compared to the coast. Town is within easy walking distance. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. We also hired bikes from the hotel and cycled... More

Good place. has gated parking. Offered OK breakfast, but seemed skimpy. Felt like they were on a tight budget with the amenities. Charming place. very average. Only concern was mattress has very hard. Very safe. walked in early morning all over the entire city. Front desk was very nice and hospitable and understanding with confusion of reservation with priceline. Close... More

We stayed at Tunich Beh for 1 night in December. It was a modest hotel, but perfectly adequate. The hotel was a last minute selection because the hotel we had booked did not honor our reservation. Tunich was in a good location, convenient to the town square and restaurants. It was also up the street from an interesting chocolate shop... More

“There are only 8 or 9 rooms at Hotel Tunich Beh, all tucked in a reversed L-shape row house in the back of the hotel facing the nice pool. Very quiet and tranquil, a world away from the heat and noise from Valladoid's central square area yet only 10 minutes walk from there. Room 1 to 6 have window with direct view of the inviting pool. (I stayed in Room 6).”
