I read your review of Reef Condos. I have already booked a small hotel in Playa del Carmen, but am rethinking that. We mainly want to snorkel but would also like a little night life, nothing crazy! How did you arrange the shuttle from the airport to your condo? I booked a shuttle through expedia for almost a hundred dollars for two of us!! Thanks so much if you can offer some advice. My boyfriend and I are the ones traveling and this is our first trip to Mexico and 2nd time snorkeling anywhere!

Also, if you do rent a car you can drive to the cenotas for swimming (which are an amazing experience) and go to the ruins as well. Lots to do especially if you love the water.
