This hotel has a lot of potential: The views from the town and the lake form this hotel are stunning, the installations are very pretty and the arquitecture of the hotel is also quite nice. However, none of that matters at the end since the poor service and the guests will transform your holiday into a nightmare. To start with,...

I stayed in the garden suite #2 and my view was absolutely amazing. The hotel definitely has some things to improve here and there. The windows were not closing properly, the room had no outdoors furniture (a little arm chair or a beach bed would have been nice) the room's private pool was a little too cold and should've been...

I just spent 3 days and two nights at El Santuario and overall had a great experience. The grounds are well kept and nice, and the view of the lake and the town are breathtaking. The restaurant is open during the day and its great to sit outside and eat or have a drink but the service is rather slow...

Went to Valle de Bravo for tue weekend. Saturday I requested a massage call Sanidad ($ 2,750 mx) for Sunday at 1:00pm. Arrive at 12:40 the. They take me to the side and let me know. They were a LITTLE behind on schedule. I say ok. How much time: One hour half behind. My reaction was really bad, I had...

The view is amazing but that's about it. The hotel is super overpriced. For the price of 200-300$ a night I would expect better rooms, not old and stuffy. The common areas are nice but at the end of the day you go back to a tiny old room with a tiny bad. Does NOT worth your money. I wish...

The spa is amazing, with a lot of options like "Sanacion", the perfect mix between a body massage with spiritual ritual. The room is comfortable with a beautiful view of lake. If you arrive on Sunday, before 1pm, it is possible to take the "Temascal", a special indigenist ritual.

We pay for a hotel of the first quality with a high price and is apparently a hotel of rest in which it is unacceptable to not have been notified of the maintenance work on the hotel and that affected my days of vacation in bad shape. The main access to the rooms which is part of the luxury of...

The Hotel features one of the best views in Valle de Bravo, a very nice terrace/restaurant, a large and gorgeous ball room and above all friendly and service oriented staff... Unfortunately the joy ends there, the main building where the rooms are is a bizarre (to say the least). It is a building that sits on a cliff that, in...

This hotel is the definition of peace. It has an amazing view of the beautiful lake. The architecture and materials used are planned to make you feel relaxed. Staff members great with their palm in their heart. I went for the weekend, and was transported to another space and time.

We booked a room at the El Santuario for the whole weekend, to celebrate our anniversary. We arrived at the hotel and were wowed by it's beauty, peaceful, quiet and very beautiful. The staff was friendly, they treated us very kindly. They took us to our room, we had to climb about 3 floors of steps but the great thing...
