First hotel where we stayed during our trip in Mexico, people where very friendly and helpful, rooms where simple but very clean. Mattress was not on a riffle but just on a concrete block, during night several different noises disturbed our night sleep (music, cats, a cock, cars, ...). However, overall price quality a good hotel. Hotel is situated close...

Customer service was great. Very affordable nice hotel if you're looking for somewhere to relax. Hotel was small but filled with lush green in every direction. Pool was kind of small but to our luck not many people were using it. They have a spa which I did not take advantage of, prices are reasonable. Very great location, two short...

Stayed here for two nights. The room was big and fresh. The hotel was very beautiful with a lot of plants and green surroundings. Nice pool area. The restaurant was ok. Very good price for the standard.

Stylish colonial look, free wifi in lobby area. Lovely garden, with a medium sized swimming pool. Restaurant with good mexican food on the menu. Decent size room with two double beds. Air-con. Shower was very average.

Most rooms and the restaurant look out upon this lush garden filled with tall tropical plants, many of which are laden with fantastic flowers. Rooms are large, cool -- considering the sweltering climate -- and attractively decorated with subtle colors. A great place to relax after taking in the many nearby sights of the town and surroundings. I cab't understand...

Hotel was nice and the price was right, but the beds were hard as rocks and the shower luke-warm at its best - both things were major turn-offs for a couple who were out hiking and rapelling all day! At least the customer service and reataurant were good.

The hotel is clean, with a beautiful garden, in the center of town but peaceful. During our stay the manager was able to solve efficiently several issues related to our departure and transportation to the nearest airport that were well beyond what hotels usually provide. My wife and I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere in this facility too. Luis H.T.

Our family stayed at La Ceiba for one night, and found it to be delightful. The women who checked us in were friendly and helpful, and our rooms on the second floor felt like we were staying in a lush jungle garden. The room felt nice and chilly after a hot day of touring Sumidero Canyon and walking in the...

We stopped in Chiapa de Corzo for one night on our way from the Tuxla Gutierrez Airport to San Cristóbal de las Casas in order to take an early morning boat tour of the Sumidero Canyon. The Hotel La Ceiba location was good for us; 3-blocks to the town's central plaza and 4 blocks to embarkation pier for the tour....
