A charming boutique bed and breakfast with 8 beautiful and unique suites. We offer the amenities of a 5-star hotel, along with friendly and personalized service. Hot breakfast is served on your private balcony or patio, or in the dining room overlooking the solar-heated pool and lush garden. The perfect location, just a few blocks from the town plaza, but on a quiet residential street. Relax...read a book...swim a few lengths in the pool. Do as much or as little as you want.

I have now stayed at casa flores 4 times and I LOVE it. The host, Carmina, is so kind and caring. And all the staff caters to your needs yet speak very little English...We can still communicate fine.. I can not wait to go back again next year.

Recently stayed for a week early August. When I arrived the only person to greet me was a maid. She spoke NO English and fortunately my friends who drove me did. Finally after some phone calls she let me in and got me a room. From 2:30 that afternoon until 11 am the next morning

We stayed at Casa Flores during our first visit to Ajijic last September and had a wonderful time there. Carmiña was a terrific host and helped us with every need. The breakfasts were outstanding and the room was delightful.

I dislike giving this hotel a negative review considering the multiple positive reviews, but I feel I must call out to future guests to be very wary of booking directly from the hotel. We booked a 7 night stay for Nov 2017. I booked it early September and paid the $500 deposit

Very friendly and professional staff. Carmina the administrator is a great host. The place has a cozy atmosphere and to our surprise the pool is climatized/heated, not that is needed due to the nice weather but is neat. We had a bottle of wine in our room and a nice view from

Steve, what is your email address?
We were there for 11 nights in July and aren’t pool people, but did see other guests enjoying the pool. Weatherspark averages for “Guadalajara” area show February daytime high temperatures are fairly close to July’s and more sunshine. I would suggest contacting Steve Cross (co-owner) or Noel Romero (manager) directly (both great people). Steve gave us a tour of the town and nearby expat communities. Noel was exceptional with details, guidance and directions to markets, etc. My wife and I both miss their great breakfasts. Enjoy!

Hi there, We do have availability right now but our suites ae all kingsize and for July or August there is a 15% discount from the prices on the website. We have had art groups in the past and when they take the whole place then they just take over the breakfast area for whatever they need after breakfasts are finished. I hope that helps. Steve
