So laid back comfortable cheap hotel in the heart of ajijic. Two huge rooms nice pool and bar. Guest services was great. Said free breakfast not expecting just fruit. Issac and the bar was a wealth of knowledge on local tradition. I'll be here a lot. No TV but I came to get out not watch TV.

We have stayed in many hotels that rate a 3* but this one would be a 1* - at best. The rooms were absolutely terrible - parking a nightmare and the 'free' breakfast non-existent. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Great location; great owner; great housekeeping service; great size rooms. We were a little iffy about our stay to begin with but we couldn't have made a better choice. We usually left around 8 or 9 for breakfast and would be gone for an hour or so and our room was usually already made up by the time we got...

Beautiful location, very sparse rooms and no water to speak of. The shower dribbled at best and repeated complaints brought no results. Owners are married couple, he is helpful and speaks good english. She speaks no english and acts as if she could not care less. Coffee in morning is hit and miss, water in cooler is warm. Do not...

We stayed here for 12 nights in January and found the place to be clean, but not at the level of a three or four star hotel. We did not have the breakfast offered and chose to eat at the Plaza. As our room was located near the front, we could hear all the noise from the plaza and the...

Receptionist not friendly or welcoming. She was doing some shopping on computer. Had to ask about time and location for breakfast. Mold on ceiling!!! Have asked to be moved, but no other rooms are available. Supposed to be moved tomorrow. First time booking with Air B and B. Not sure about their policy on refunds. Good location, but I am...

The hotel suites are conveniently located next to the plaza square and many fine restaurants are within easy walking distance. The manager stayed up until after midnight on our arrival since our plane was delayed. He also brought us to back to the airport at 4:30 AM the day we left. Laundry was also neatly done upon request. I would...

This hotel is located on the main plaza in Ajijic. You won't find a better location. Each room is made up of two completely separate rooms. One with sofas that convert to twin beds when you remove the bolsters, and the other with a King bed. The rooms all have large windows that open out to the garden/ hallway of...

This is a basic hotel. Not fancy but very good for the price. It has a strong internet signal and good hot showers. The central hallway is open to the air and full of plants like a garden. Each accommodation has two rooms, a bedroom and a sitting room. No air conditioning but not needed as the climate here is...

Stayed at this hotel for 3 1/2 weeks, it was a great place to stay. All the people that work here are very nice and will go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. The price was totally fantastic, it's right across from the plaza, and not far from the lake which is within walking distance. There is...
