We didn't stay at the auberge. Rather, we stayed in a beautiful auberge in Saint-Jean. We went to les Ancêtres one night for a romantic sunset dinner on the porch. Very knowledgeable, bilingual staff, which is huge because I know enough French to get myself in over my head. Simply put, the view is astounding. The food is delectable traditional...

Came across this charming place on a drive around the beautiful and pastoral Isle d'Orleans just NE of Quebec City. Looking for a place to have dinner we found this just about a mile SW of the bridge to the mainland. The hostess (wife of the owner) was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner with locally...

I spent two nights at Les Ancetres, of my two week trip to Quebec and it was the best part of the whole trip. The inn is 200 years old and absolutely gorgeous with beautiful views of the St. Lawrence and the bridge. We had the room with the balcony and I could just sit there and admire the view...

We have been to ile d'orleans for about 5, 6 times in the past three years. It was our first time staying overnight on the island and we had the room Marie-Jean on the top floor. What an excellent choice! Not only that the room has a great view to the river, the bridge and the mountain across the river,...

We were looking for a place on Ile d'Orleans with a nice view from the room that provided easy access to a bike ride around the island. I don't think we could have asked for a better place. The rooms are charming and cozy with a surprisingly modern bathroom. The view from the bedroom was beautiful. Even when lying in...

The location could not be better. We used it as our base to visit Old Quebec and other attractions in the area. It is only 10 minutes tops to the Old City and there is plenty of parking at the market near the Quay. You can see Morency falls from the B&B and there is plenty to enjoy on the...

The breaksfast buffet( included) offered yogurt, granola, a variety of breads and fruits as well as cheese and homemade jams and delicious coffee (tea & juice). The location is perfect, close to the bridge with a beautiful...

We stayed here one night while my wife was researching her ancestry on Ile d'Orleans. Our room had a beautiful view of the St. Lawrence and the bridge to the mainland. The room was spacious with a modern bath with interesting design elements. Our breakfast was from a buffet with a wide variety of healthy, homemade choices.
