Our plan for a two-night stay, June 10 to June 12, 2015 was to spend a short getaway with friends, in a nice place in the Eastern Townships of Quebec. We were returning to an area which holds dear and special memories for the four of us. This short stay was ruined by an unexpected, offensive decision by the owner...

I sincerely regret that my actions to protect your property ruined what was otherwise a pleasant stay with us. As I explained to you at the front desk, we called both you and your travelling companions three times to ask you to move your car to no avail. I waited until the latest possible minute to move your car and...

We had a wonderful weekend, loved the hotel, the food and service....we had a beautiful room with a fireplace and balcony overlooking the lake. The only thing we weren't very happy about was the breakfast, we purchased the B&B rate but received full breakfast only on the 1 st day, the 2 nd day only continental breakfast was made available...

We had a great 2-night stay at Ripplecove! Rooms were very nice and cleaned twice daily. As requested, we got a lakeview room with balcony. It was pretty much at the top of our price range, but felt we got what we paid for. The staff was very friendly and the food was great! The only negative was the slow...

This hotel has a beautiful location, great service and a very friendly and helpful staff. We had a lovely room with a view of the lake. This is a fine hotel and more than worth a visit and the views from the hotel over lake Massawippi are beautiful and the food is spectacular. We spent 3 nights there and ate...

Ripplecove was, well, hit and miss. Stayed there in early June with family and enjoyed the grounds, the location, and the cabin we were in. I would have happily given a miss to everything else. The breakfasts were alright - stylish but not delicious - they filled the hole. We also stayed for dinner one night and it was underwhelming...

I must say I came away from this place severely ticked and it's taken me a little time to sort out my thoughts and work out why. The Ripplecove bills itself as offering "the refinement of a 5 star hotel surrounded by the beauty of nature" and from my experience, that is just not so. A couple of lines of...

Excellent location. Great Service Nice Lakefront view rooms. While excellent, diner was a bit less then expected: We had requested to be served fast because of a show commitment. Service was slow enough for us to be late. Food was great

The location cannot be beaten - you can easily find peace and quiet just within a few steps. The service in both hotel and restaurant is very accommodating. When my room service got delayed - I was told I wouldn't have to pay for it. The room decor was dated though, especially wallpaper. Make sure to visit Laiterie de Coaticook...

I have stayed in this inn during all seasons and I honestly can't pick a favourite. Each one is different and beautiful in its own way. The inn always surprises me with its latest renovation which is always tastefully done with great detail to quality and its environment.
