This 16 unit motel offers travellers an ideal location to explore the beaches and attractions of eastern PEI. Our newly constructed spacious dining area where we host our free continental breakfast has a beautiful view of the ocean as you enjoy your morning coffee! We are 5 minutes from Souris, PEI and the ferry to Les Îles de la Madeleine. Souris is the largest town in eastern PEI for shopping and restaurants. Our large newly constructed guest rooms have 2 double beds or a double and a queen bed – all with modern bathrooms. Unit 1 is an accessible room with an adjacent wheelchair ramp. We also have two new efficiency units - a one bedroom unit and a two bedroom unit and a one-bedroom cottage. Our signature Lighthouse suite for 2 which is a self-contained 2 storey cottage in the shape of a lighthouse is also newly constructed in 2018. Continental breakfast is served each morning for all guests.
I was very impressed with the location of this motel, the property was well maintained, my room was clean and spacious and I really appreciated the hardwood/laminate flooring. The temperature in Souris during my vacation was quite warm, so I was able to use the floor fan that was in my room. The owner, Grant, was on site every day and it was reassuring to see him out and about on the property. I had booked this motel back in March and the process was flawless from the start. A fair price with a light complementary breakfast every morning.

Stayed in the lighthouse suite, clean, well furnished, quiet with a great view from the deck. The reception and staff were friendly and helpful. Walk to the beach is a pleasurable stroll of about ten minutes. With the kitchen in the suite it was easy to have a hot breakfast; and snacks on our own schedule. This suite will accommodate two couples or a small family with ease.

We spent 3 nights in the 1-bedroom suite and it was a highlight of our PEI vacation. The room had a queen bed in the bedroom, a comfy sofa bed in the living area, a full kitchen, and a lovely deck out front with a fabulous view of the ocean. We found everything to be in good condition and very clean.
The owners have clearly taken great care to update the property, with several thoughtful touches such as swinging benches on the front lawn from where it is possible to enjoy the view.
The motel is a stone's throw from Sheep's Head Beach, which has the same "singing sands" as other (busier) beaches in the area. We spent some time there enjoying the sand and the water and watching the ferry head out to Iles de la Madeleine.
A good continental breakfast is provided to all guests, and there are opportunities to chat with other guests in the breakfast room.
One could easily use this as a base from which to explore other places on the Island, or simply to hang out and enjoy the stunning view.

Great location, very congenial owner/hosts, fantastic beach, accommodations exceeded expectations. Had all the amenities in the one bedroom suite. A beautiful and restful part of PEI. We will be back and so should anyone visiting PEI. Thankyou.

Stayed here with my sister and 2 year daughter for 1 night . The staff was very friendly , beds were comfortable and the bathtub was very nice to relax in after a busy day . The view is pretty and the location is great -beach is a short walk away , good for swimming and making sand castles . No Jellyfish like other beaches we went to. Breakfast was simple but a good way to start the day . This motel is much better than other motels we've been too. We will be back next time we're in PEI.

The location was great. We upgraded to an efficiency suite and it was great. It consisted of a kitchenette, living room and had two bedrooms. Continental breakfast was average but staff were great. There was a grocery store close by so we bought things for the fridge to have on hand.
It is a quiet but beautiful area of the Island.

My family and I loved this spot. It is in a convenient location for exploring Souris and the surrounding area. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, but I can only rate it a 4 because it had no air conditioning and it was very hot while we were there. They did provide a fan and it was not too bad the first night, but the second was a bit too hot to get a good night's sleep. The view and the staff was awesome though and would have pushed the rating up to a 4.5.

The location is enchanting, a few minutes walk to the beach. The motel itself is wonderful. Clean....and I do mean clean. Impeccable would be a better word. Large spacious room. No AC, but we really did not need it. Helpful, friendly owner. I not only would come back here I WANT to come back here. A true hidden treasure.

Clean, modern room and a very helpful owner made the experience for us. Some other travellers disrupted our evening because they were out talking until about 12:30 am, but they went indoors after a short pleasant discussion. There's no air conditioning which was surprising, but it wasn't a negative to our stay. I would gladly stay again.

Awesome place to stay. The rooms were very clean. Nice beach within walking distance and wasn't over crowded. Great prices. Not far from town. The owners were great. We will definately go back again for another vacation
