This place is amazing.. Very efficient.. the employees are always walking the extra miles to make sure your comfortable. Bkfst in the morning isnt perfect, not many fruits selection but doing the job. Evening they have these free bbq or happy hours witch is perfect. Very well located, close to airport and to shops if you want something in particular.

We stayed at this hotel while we were here for a family wedding. We made multiple changes to rooms and reservations and the staff were accommodating, professional and friendly even though we created a bunch of extra work. Breakfast is very good with the usual muffins, bagels but also fresh fruit, eggs, sausages, a little waffle maker and my personal...

We were in town for a gymnastics competition at nearby York University, the location is ideal, with easy access from the highway, transit, shopping and great restaurants within walking distance, and many more only a few minutes drive. We received a friendly greeting on check-in, very welcoming host, and a very efficient check in. Room was very nice with a...

My family and I took a red-eye flight, arrived at the hotel and desperately needed an early check-in for my parents who are in their 60s. The ladies at the front desk actively helped me to get the rooms and let us in in no time. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast is more than enough. Complimentary coffee and parking is...

The trip only last a day, but this fairly new hotel, 2007, is up to the Residence Inn standard. The staff is very polite; Two of them told me to enjoy my stay. The basketball team had 4 rooms and mine was a Suite with King+Sofa bed. Clean and quiet over the one night stay. The pool is not the...

The room was incredible, many amenities and very friendly staff - both at front and throughout the hotel. I had friends visit from overseas who chose this hotel. I was a bit hesitant given its location but to be honest we didn't end up leaving the hotel at all. We had so much fun dining in the hotel and ended...

I have stayed at this hotel for business several times. Great location, nice room (although kinda stinky). I will not be staying here again as the use of by styrofoam cups, plate and bowls on your buffet is just too much for me. Also the dishwasher was run for one coffee cup and coffee pot, even after I left a...

Location was perfect, found our way right away. Arrived at this hotel during a snowy afternoon. The check in was quick. There was a prior arrangement to have our four rooms close to each other. The rooms were really clean, the hallways were smelling great! The breakfast area was busy but there was adequate space for everyone. The food was...

Very nice, clean rooms. Had a 1 bedroom queen room. Found the rooms quiet and temperature controls worked well. Found parking to be an issue at times. No restaurant on site but they did have a continental breakfast which was ok, didn't change the whole week I was there. The social time after 5 was so-so, but only available Mon.-Wed,...

Stayed for a couple of weeks on business in September 2016 and will 100% book here again. The suite was like a small home while away, immaculate, spacious, everything you need including dishwasher. This hotel had the utmost comfortable bed (and covers) I've ever slept in at a hotel. The breakfast included is just right. You can also choose places...
