1st trip to Canada, hotel staff helpful and friendly. Good location 5minute walk to sub station easy commute to down town. Hotel room clean and comfortable bed. Kitchen area dull, some kitchen utensils/hand cloths need replacing. Breakfast adequate, although could be more choice at weekend. Yes use take out cups, plates etc if your on the move, but is it environmentally friendly to use for eating in ? not everyone likes eating off paper plates every morning. Dining area lacks atmosphere and always felt cold. Social evening x3 weekly. Residence lacks a bar area, did use hotel next door. Building work is planned near by. Overall a pleasant stay.
Thank you Kayla for the excellent customer service! Overnight stay, in a spacious 2 bedroom suite. Clean, quiet accommodations with comfortable beds. Standard continental breakfast with hot options and parking included with stay.
I stayed here for 2 nights for a sales meeting. Rooms are very spacious, clean, up to date and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I will definitely use this hotel anytime I need a room in the area, just an overall great stay and experience.
Our family stayed here as part of a hockey tournament. We enjoyed our stay. I liked the layout of the suites, and I found them well appointed. Lots of hooks to hang bags, which is something I find lacking in most hotels, so a big plus for me. The breakfast was good. My kids enjoyed the pool. The only issue I have is with the bedding. This may seem odd, given the rest of our stay was good....but the blankets are basically non-existent. They are so thin, we woke up cold. Warm, cozy comforters, or an least more than one thin blanket, should be provided for both the bed, and the pull out couch. We had some throw blankets in the car and brought those in, but we were still not comfortable at night. Unless this was changed, we wouldn't stay here again. I'll also consider whether this is a chain-wide standard, or just this location. Having a good nights sleep should be a priority for a hotel.…
