The hotel seems that it has gone over a recent renovation. The lobby looks very comfortable. The rooms is spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a la carte. I stopped by the cafe in the morning, there was a long line, 1 staff member and he seemed overwhelmed. I did not have time to wait, so I left and had breakfast elsewhere. I am used to other chains with complimentary self serve breakfast, so this is a new for me, not sure I like it.

Perfect Service! The staff are very welcoming. Rooms are nice and clean. Perfect hotel for kids. Right across from Arcade. Short Uber to mall and many other attractions. We have tried many other hotels in the area but this is always our first choice. Food is great in the bistro.

Stayed with our son's team 2 nights. Received 2 comp bottles of water upon check in and a room on the 5th floor by the elevator. Initially we were hesitant about elevator noise but in the end, there wasn't any noise and it was a very nice spacious room. Ala carte breakfast was perfect for our son pre-game. The lounge area in the lobby is very stylish, comfy and welcoming. The kids loved the pool, and Dave and Busters across the parking lot. We'd stay again in a heart beat.

Visited this hotel Friday October 25th, with my husband. I had booked a rate which included breakfast. It was member rate, listed under "deals and packages" on their website. It included breakfast for 2 people and 2 children- they didn't have a rate for just 2 adults. At any rate, we checked in and were given two bottles of water which was lovely. The room was clean, the hotel was clean, we were very happy. The bed is super comfy. The next morning, we went down to see about breakfast. The clerk on the desk said breakfast was a la carte. I told him I had prepaid for breakfast and he said I hadn't. I kept the reservation and showed it to him, at which point he started talking to my husband and apologized. He said he would put the two breakfasts on. We went to the restaurant and again encountered a problem- the manager of that place told me I had only had one free breakfast. I told him it wasn't a "free" breakfast, I had prepaid for it- and in fact it was two breakfasts. He said to my husband that it was okay, he would give me two free breakfasts. As if he was doing me a favour. We ended up getting the breakfast included.. But only because I had kept a copy of my reservation. Everything else was awesome, clean, and staff was friendly!!

My wife and I stayed here 2 nights while taking a Schulter Tile course. Everything was perfect. Check in was fast and easy. The rooms are clean, with mini-fridge and 2 comfy double beds. The air conditioning worked fine. Breakfast was included in our package. It was more than adequate and included Starbucks coffee. I also enjoyed the gym which had about 6 fitness machines including a couple of treadmills, and a bike. All equipment worked well and was high-end. I didn't go in the pool although it was available. Parking was free. This hotel is next to a huge IKEA and close to many top-notch restaurants. The massive Vaughan Mills shopping complex is just up the road. I would stay here again!
