If we need to return to Vaughan Mills this will be our hotel of choice every time, it's like staying in a mini resort. The pool is warm and inviting with an outdoor court accessible from the pool area it's a very fun place to hang out. Breakfast is delicious! Made fresh to order for you every morning with lots of fantastic choices. The nice man at the front desk in the morning was amazing and the friendliest I've ever encountered *stay March 9-11* Kasey was fabulous with his friendly smile and great attitude he made my 2 yr olds visit to a hotel a wonderful memory as well by engaging with her while he fixed our safe. Every time you need something they help quickly and with care. Oh and it's conveniently located near more than enough shopping options and if you face the back you can see the CN tower on a clear day and quickly access transit right in front of the door. Perfect spot ! My only recommendation is better toilet paper ;-)…
I recently attended a group event at Aloft Vaughan Mills and was very pleased with the experience overall. Staff was very welcoming and courteous. I was greeted with a smile by every staff member I encountered and they were very helpful if one of our group required anything. Comfortable, classy feel as soon as you enter the front lobby. I didn't book a room, but I look forward to doing so in the near future!
Travelled with my wife and two small children. We had no hot water for three days. I would understand if we were travelling to a Third World country , I’d totally expect it ! But we were staying in the Toronto area. They were doing renovations on floor three which might’ve had something to do with it. Some of the staff were accommodating , others not so much . It’s really too bad ! The breakfast wasn’t that good. We stay in a lot of different hotels in North America and this was at the bottom on the breakfast chart. If you’re paying for food the kitchen does have good stuff. There was no compensation given , you could tell a few of the staff members were scripted to giving nothing back as there were many other families/people staying there complaining of the same thing (no hot water) I’m not a negative/complaining kind of guy but people need to know this ! I’m trying to think of something positive ,I’m gonna say the hotel was relatively clean. Cheers…
No hot water Terrible leadership Pulled breakfast hour early Closed down bar hour early Hotel under construction By far the worst hotel I've ever been too. Please do not go to this hotel. You will be making a big mistake.
Another incredible stay at the Aloft Vaughan! After a recent stay, I have to share some of the great features and welcoming environment that have kept us coming back. My wife and I were in the area for a brief get away for some fine wine, dining and Christmas shopping. Our stay began with the customary friendly greeting, a prompt check in and the discovery of a beautifully appointed room that had been very tastefully updated with top notch appointments. The room was current, cozy, luxurious and practical in every way. As usual, beds were spectacular and the room was freshly updated with all the amenities one would expect and more. Black out curtains, updated carpets, really nice refrigerator, top of the line soaps/shampoo etc and high end decor all around. I was particularly impressed with the uncommon 55 inch television with a richly appointed textured back drop wall... well done Aloft. Not only was the room perfect but we also got a chance to experience the beautifully styled and inviting bar area while we played pool after dinner. Great value in a “spoil yourself” environment .... you can’t go wrong at the Aloft, highly recommended!…
