Outstanding place. Outstanding value. The room was extremely nice. Great tv with Netflix. Great breakfast compared to other chains at the moment. Front desk staff was friendly. Definitely staying here again.
Excellent place to stay, great staff very clean and the front desk manager is a whoot 😁, went to see the halloween night if lights and enjoyed a nice night at this hotel great stay would highly recommend it
We got a great deal for a nice size room! Everything was clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good...I wish they had a pancake or waffle machine and a bit more fruit. And you can't go wrong with Chupa Chups at that front counter.
My family and I chose this hotel based on the reviews. We usually stay at another place but the prices were high for our length of stay. I always wanted to try SpringHill Suites out in Canada. The room was pretty nice and clean. The toilet was in a separate room from the shower, which was a little unusual but it was fine. There were a couple of hiccups during our stay. Our tv would turn off after 30 seconds of turning it back on. The front desk took care of that immediately. Also, on our 2nd night there, there were these 4 guys slamming the doors on our floor from 12am - 4 am. They were going in and out of their rooms and roaming the hallway while on their phones. I called the front desk around 1 am and was told that they would send security upstairs to take care of it. I guess security was off for the weekend because they were still roaming the halls and slamming the doors till 4 am. Housekeeping was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was efficient and the staff taking care of it were friendly. The front desk, not so friendly. Whenever we pass by the front desk, we're accustomed to greetings and smiles. The front desk here doesn't do that. They don't give eye contact or smile and believe that silence is golden. I also noticed that nobody has name tags on them. The reason I am saying that is because I wanted to say hi to someone I spoke with on the phone prior to checking in. She was pretty helpful. Sadly, I didn't know who the mystery phone person was. We stayed at another Marriott hotel after checking out of this one. They have a sign on our hotel door that says "For your security, all employees must be wearing name tags." Honestly, no one at Spinghill Suites was wearing their name tags. This is almost a five star place for us, but the lack of customer service and friendliness dropped it for me. Also, there's a $5 a day parking here. I read one of the reviews that there's no charge for parking and that's wrong. All in all, it was a nice stay if we ignore the front desk.…
We had the privilege of staying at this hotel for 2 nights. We greeted by warm and friendly staff. We had a jacuzzi suite with a separate family room. It was really cozy. We were provided with lots of towels, bathrobe and toiletries. I also liked the fact that the toilet was in a separate room from where the shower was. It gives you a bit of privacy. The bed was incredibly comfortable. It had a nice large duvet on it. Also liked the fact that there is a bar downstairs. Complimentary breakfast provided every morning. Parking complimentary as well. Overall, a very good stay.
