We chose this hotel over others because of the detailed account on the company website regarding COVID protocols. This hotel is on the higher end of the price scale. We checked in at front desk and saw tables placed in front of the desk acting as a barrier between guests/staff at check in. We noticed that masks were not required for guests in general areas of the property. For our own comfort we did our own sanitation, but we could tell the room was cleaned. Cleaning staff left covers on the t.v. remotes (hot spots for germs) stating that they had been wiped off - a nice touch. The suite was very spacious with a kitchenette and living room area, but the bathrooms could use some updating. We were given a shower chair and we found that the slope for the shower entrance was a bit steep and took some effort to push up into. The bed was a great height for transferring to/from wheelchair. We had no issues with accessibility otherwise. The gym was closed, pool was available by appointment only and light breakfast offered to go.…
I cannot stay anything bad about this place . Everything was perfect . Staff at the social were super nice and helpful . Breakfast were great . Lots of selection at the social and breakfast . One small issue , at the gym i could not get the tv working or selecting channel on the exercise machine . Thank you to the staff specially at the social for the great food and service
Hotel clean, but requires refresh/update. Furniture require cleaning, walls require touch ups. Hotel chain should spend $. We were surprised at how tired this hotel was. This was disappointing as we had paid premium rate. The reception staff were helpful.
I just stayed at Homewood suites with my son and his buddy during a basketball tournament. We asked for someone to help make up the couch and up came Keisha. I apologized that we were not doing this ourselves. She replied “ it is my pleasure to be helpful” and then we proceeded to have a great chat about life and all its twists and turns and ups and downs. It was such a great “human” touch which is hard to find these days. So thank you Keisha for your help and your words 🙏🏻
For 3 days now, while trying to work out of my room, I have to deal with the wireless internet randomly going off. When trying to do email and upload files, the constant interruptions made it very frustrating. I will not be staying at this location again when I'm back in the area. Clearly they need up upgrade their system. I expect better service from a Hilton property.
